I think you guys have valid points. That line of thinking is why I did not run the Superdrol. I would like to give you a little background on myself though.
I got severe food poisoning back in college. Consequently, I have a somewhat weak stomach/digestive tract. A good example of this is if I take Designer Supp's Glucophase XR (or whatever its called) and especially Activate. These products produce very similiar yet more intense symptoms of what I've been enduring recently. So I think that the situation is more along the lines of a overly taxed digestive tract. Also, I don't feel exhausted the way I did when I woke up in the morning during a 1-ad/4-ad cycle I did previously. This feeling of exhaustion was just like how I feel if I drink heavily for a week straight (haven't done that in a while).

Moreover, I took two huge dumps at work today and felt waaaaaaaaaay better tonight. I've eased up a bit on my fish oil and taurine intake so I'm thinking the combo of all these supps may be the culprit.

Having said that if I still have the symptoms described in my previous posts next week, I'll wrap up the cycle and start PCT. Otherwise I'm going to stay at 30mg/day of Havoc and 8mg/day of TST.

Tonight's workout was very good. I didn't have any feelings of well being...instead I felt like KING F*CKING KONG! Right now as I type this I'm still pumped up in my whole upper body (almost 3 hours later).

Did 20 minutes on the stair master and was soaked afterwards...There was no A/C on at the gym so I may just walk on the treadmill in the future if it is this hot again.
 
Good luck to you. Seems your work out went well. I'd be curious to see your liver enzyme levels just as you finish your cycle and then 6 weeks later. I love the positive results I've gotten from these compounds. I just get a tad worried about overall health issues too. Anyway, I'll most likely run Havoc as my next cycle in August. Keep posting.
 
Quik updates:

Not much acne on my face or body these days...and I'm predisposed to acne. A slight increase but nothing like my 1-T/4-ad/Superdrol cycle.

My scalp is itchy but I have not noticed any signs of hair loss. My girlfriend would certainly let me know if she noticed it.

My weight Saturday morning on an empty stomach was 209.2. That is almost 3 pound up from last Saturday. Wow! I'm just trying to get stronger and leaner...not bigger.

I feel bloated as hell today. I think I look it too. I know I read another Havoc log where the user commented about bloating. I'm curious to see how I feel tomorrow night when I deadlift. Hopefully I'll put up some big numbers.

I still have not gotten any back pumps. I did notice a left trap pump while walking Saturday morning. It was the craziest thing. It felt just like when I'm doing shrugs...and it came on so gradually.

My arms feel slightly pumped right now. It is like wearing a very, very tight shirt.
 
i seemed to sweat my ass off when i was on havoc... profuse sweating...
then again it could be cuz i'm in iraq.

I don't sweat a lot on Havoc. No night sweats either. I used to get that pretty bad with 1-ad.

I woke up this morning and my arms still felt pumped. Not so now.

Workout tonight was excellent. No lower back pumps to mess with the deadlift. Only problem was that I got stuck in a 3 hour meeting so I got thrown of schedule trying to get my meals in. Got to the gym about 40 minutes later that what I would have liked.

Did not do cardio tonight because I got done lifting around 9:00. I should have done something...I feel like a lazy oaf.

One thing that happened tonight was while I was getting ready to pull 455 my arms and hands tingled a little bit. Not like when you lose circulation...not like nerve damage or something...pleasant feeling.

It helps to have a deadlift partner. He really gets me motivated to pull hard. I'm going to try to convince him to stop using the smith machine and squat with me also.

quick updates:

I haven't done any cardio this week...been busy moving out of my condo.

Had some back pumps last night...once I took some more taurine, ax perfect cycle and ate things got better.

I love how my arms are pumped...but it seems like havoc also gets my gut to look "pumped".

I don't like that.

My left trap is still slightly sore. My left shoulder hurt when I woke up today too. It feels much better now. Tonight I am going to bench. I hope all the moving didn't sap too much of my strength. I managed to keep my calories steady...actually ate clean food but also ate some junk.

Another great workout tonight. Feeling really strong despite all the stress from the condo move. I did not take a ton of caffeine either. I have noticed a slight increase in acne. Also, my wrists were tender when I was warming up with the bench press.

I really love this cycle at this point. I like it better than any other cycle I've done. I'm kind of bloated but I'll take that with the strength. Plus, when I PCT I'll lose the bloat and hopefully I'll keep as much strength as possible.

Shoulders felt a little tender during warm up but no problems when benching heavy. Iced them later after the workout.

No cardio tonight. Didn't feel like it.

Tomorrow I'll post my body weight.
 
Weighed myself yesterday after I woke up and before eating anything.

Weight: 210.6
Went for a light walk yesterday.

My shoulders hurt when I woke up yesterday but felt better towards the end of the day. I did not take any aspirin or other OTC pain killers.

Shoulders feel o.k. today. I am going to not do shoulder presses tomorrow and do them Tuesday instead.

Still planning on finishing up the cycle with 30mg/day of Havoc and 8mg/day of TST.
 
woke up this morning with a several whiteheads on and around my nose/lower forehead. I'm not sure what's up with that. This is the most acne I've had on this cycle.

My left shoulder felt a little weird this morning also.

Looking forward to squatting tonight.
 
Tonight was a good workout. I should have layed off the shoulders...but my schedule is still hectic in the coming days and I was feeling good so I thought I would try to power through the sets.

Did 20 minutes of cardio, worked up to 3.4mph. Cardio felt good. Next week I'll start PCT. I'll start with the torm. Then during week two I'm going to stack Jungle Warfare with Bad Ass Mass. I'm wondering if I can use the new powerfull after that instead of Restore or if I'll need to use Restore. I'm going to really focus on keeping as much strength as possible.

Right now I'm icing my shoulders.

One other thing I did notice tonight was a minor lower back pump. Nothing like superdrol but it was there. Also, I really got a major upper body pump in the shower while trying to shave. I wish I could get that kind of pump during the day. I felt so huuuuuuge!!!
 
Did cardio tonight on the stairmaster at the gym.

It was really tough. My legs felt drained from squatting Monday night. Usually after heavy squatting I get very, very sore. Not today or yesterday. Don't know why that is. I'm not going to complain though. I really felt spent doing cardio so I didn't go nuts. I did go for a solid 30 minutes and worked up a solid sweat.

I'm really starting to plan for my PCT now. I'm going to stack Jungle Warfare with Bad Ass Mass. One thing that concerns me is that some people then run Restore after the JW/BAM stack. Why? I thought JW/BAM doesn't suppress the HPTA?

I was planning on running the new powerfull after JW/BAM but maybe I'll run Restore. I'm not sure yet. Regardless, I'm going to run Lean Xtreme the whole PCT and a host of other supps and the SERM torm.

I really want to keep as much strength and size as possible from this cycle. I am very happy with the gains I've made so far.
 
Starting this past Wednesday, I increased my dosage of Havoc to 40mg/day. I wanted to see if I could generate a residual effect for next week when I am re-learning to live life without methyls.

Today in the gym I was not prepared for how strong I would be. Normally, a Saturday is a tough day to lift because I go in earlier so I don't get the full number of meals and mental prep that I do on a Friday.

My workout was simply mind-blowing. I like Havoc so much now that I will probably dump my remaing unopened superdrol bottles in the trash.

Some observations:
After 24 hours of using 40mg/day I noticed that I would get a pump in my arms after eating a meal with carbs (I'd take the Havoc with meals). I liked this feeling.

My shoulders were tender for every warm up set. I can not remember if they bothered me during the heavy sets. I did not put any notes in my notebook.

This cycle was much easier on me than any 1-test cycle.

Starting tomorrow I am on PCT. I will start torm and jungle warfare solo. After a week of JW solo, I will stack Bad Ass Mass with JW.

I'm really going to work hard to keep all this strength I've gained.

Tomorrow I'll post my weight.

Now the hard part starts with PCT.

I noticed yesterday that my scalp does not itch at all. It wasnt' bad while using the TST but I certainly did feel it during the day.

My left shoulder is bothering me. Nothing horrible but I will not do shoulders tonight. Probably Thursday.

Tonight I will deadlift like a man possessed.

I have been taking Lean Xtreme at max dosage (6 pills per day).

GOTTA BLOCK THAT CORTISOL!
 
You should add some super cissus to your regime.

If more time between bench and shoulder workouts doesn't fix the nagging ache then I will add cissus.

I just dread taking another supp. Right now I'm taking so many it's crazy. I'm a mobile health food store!!!
 
Deadlifted last night.

I did not take any Taurine during the day so I had a bit of a lower back pump. Nothing horrible...just a little tough to add/remove plates.

I did one less set than usual.

My worksets were:
455x6
465x2

I did 20 minutes of cardio on the treadmill. I felt really good.

That torem stuff is bad. I will say that Target mouthwash seems to get rid of the taste though.

Lol, im sure we all feel like this man. You can minimize all the pills greatly by having AI's CS for support next time around, plus your osofagus will be thankful. I get major heartburn with too much plastic being thrown down the shute! :)
 
I look forward to the day when a sup company puts out a pill or powder that has red yeast rice, fenugreek, CoQ-10, etc all nicely blended together.

I have so many pills it's crazy. I can't wait to get back to keeping it simple:

It helps that I didn't do squats before shoulders. It is getting tough to balance my whole body and press the weight. Seated dumbbell presses might be easier.

Did not workout yesterday. Instead I drank a bottle of red wine over 6 hours. I really needed a glass during the beginning of the Red Sox/Yankees game.

That's a two pound increase from last week. Perhaps the Jungle Warfare is kicking in??? Tomorrow I add the Bad Ass Mass part of the stack.

I've only been eating a slight increase in carbs so I'm curious to see what happens.
 
Last Monday night I squatted.

I did 355x5 and 365x3 for my work sets.

I then benched.
I Did 275x4 and 280x3.
I felt incredibly strong.

Tonight I did shoulders.
My standing press is now up to 170x5 and I did 175x4.
Shrug was ok...315x5, 320x4.
I did some curls as well...but less than last week.

I'm really in a quandary. I am feeling very strong. I am also seeing how my upper body is getting thicker. The problem is I'm getting fat too. I do not know what to do. I'm eating an extra banana here and there and I also eat a few sweets at night sometimes. It seems like the weight just keeps coming on.
I am taking at least 4 lean extreme per day...but that doesn't seem to do much.

One thing that I am wondering about is that I have been eating EAS protein bars at night. They are supposed to be low carb but as I was looking at the wrapper tonight I noticed it said 24g of carbs. Something like 16g is supposed to be sugar alcohols...but is this bs???

I really like being strong right now. Benching 280 for a triple was awesome...and it wasn't a gut busting effort. I just don't want to look like Big Black (no offense son).

figure out your diet and cut out any simple carbs..then see what's up. If you want to gain, fat is an almost unavaiodable byproduct. you just have to watch it. what's your diet like?

As usual you are right.

I weighed myself this morning and on an empty stomach I am 211.8.
That is down 3 pounds from last week. Of course I did drink all that wine last Friday...so that probably bloated me a little too.

My biggest problem is the sweets. On Sundays I eat some with every meal. Sometimes during the week I'll eat 3-4 chocolate chip cookies too at night. I'm going to try to focus on reducing the sweets. Would it be a mistake to reduce oats/other complex carbs on non-lifting days?

I suspect it would be...I feel so much stronger these days. Its got to be from the constant intake of oats.
 
once you get to a certain point in your development the only thing holding you back is your vices. the sweets, the alchohol, an extra day off from the gym...etc..... I'm no saint. just had 2 fat glasses of wine with the wife after 2 pieces of pizza (its my 'carb up' day!!!).

Complex carbs = strength. its amazing really. pound down 300 t0 400 grams a day of complex carbs and your weights will increase 5 pounds a week like clock work. cut them down to sub 100 grams a day and your doing girly weights (if your lucky). If youre after gains in strength then any reduction in CC's will effect your performance at some level. If a recomp is what your after cycling carbs to on and off days is a good plan, but you have to figure what will work and how much the change in carb intake will be. if this is your plan be prepared to have some crappy lifting days until you can figure out your program. I have just cut from about 223 to 196 in about 3 months by limiting carbs to about 100 grams a day and fats to 30grs a day. I got to a point where I just couldn't take feeling like crap anymore so I upped the carbs to about 150 a day and the fats to 60 a day. feel great, still losing weight and starting to put up the big boy weights again. I'm still learning about myself and the diet I'll need to grow and still lose fat at some rate. its trial and error and kinda fun. GL

I might have been able to get another rep on the set with 460...it was not a gut busting effort...I just did not feel like I had to push it.

285x3...really strong on this set...my last rep slowed down as I started to press it upwards but I never lost confidence or power.

I can not believe how strong I am right now. I really, really like it.

I did 30 minutes of cardio on the stairmaster tonight. I felt really good afterwards.

I would like to get my bench up to 295x3 before I finish this PCT.

I finished my Torem last night. I won't be getting another bottle. My testiculars are in fine form and with the fenugreek in the mix I'm a potent fellow.
 
Latest updates:

Started a new job last week and the place I work at is HELLA strict about internet use. I can't post or read this board during the day anymore. That really sucks...but I am getting paid fairly well so I'll just have to live with it.

Anyhow...last Friday I did shoulders. Did not have enough rest from previous bench workout so I could only manage 175x3.
Then I did 80lbs dumbbells and got 6 reps with them.
Did a set with 85lbs. and got 3 solid reps with them.

Curl was ok...got 120x5. Then just did some pump sets with dumbbells.

As of Saturday I weighed in at 210.4

Did squat and bench tonight. Here's the numbers:

225x10
315x1
360x4...did a fifth rep but did not go low enough to count it
370x2...solid, ass to grass reps

BENCH:
135x10
165x6
225x1
255x1
280x4...great set
290x2...missed third rep...needed an assist

That was it. Bench and squat still going up. I feel pumped up right now typing this.
 
numbers are going up. Looking good. how's the diet?

Diet is good for the most part. I had a few cookies over the last two nights but that is really it. I've been eating oats every day and just making sure I get enough complex carbs and protein so that I can stay really strong.

I want to hit 290x3 this week in the bench. Of course I have to deadlift Monday first. I just need to stay focused.

Neither set was a gut busting effort. I was a little dizzy after the second set.

Yesterday I ate a lot of carbs.

I did shoulder presses today as well with dumbbells.

I feel good about this workout. I just need to stay focused for as long as possible to really milk this cycle for as much solid gains as possible.
