The importance of water

i know he said str8 water but can gatorade do the trick. i drink about half a gallon a day
(work at the gatorade plant).
 
Water actually helps keep me lean.
Its like if I get a 1.5 - 2 gals a day it helps keep some of the fat off long with the coconut and krill oil.
I used to not drink that much.

if you drink it after workout its fine: sugar to replenish glycogen and salt to help rehydrate. but if you are just sitting around drinking gatorade then it isnt as good as water because their sugar source is High Fructose Corn Syrup which is like drinking soda in a lower concentration. Gatorade is good as a sports drink but don't use it as a water source, the HFCS and the dyes they use arent that great for you.
