The hormones in milk

Which/what component(s) of milk are the hormones in it bound to?

Which component of human blood are our hormones bound to?

Just curious

Hormones do not bind to your blood. Every hormone has a specific receptor in the body. Blood is responsible for transportation.

For example, cortisol crosses cell membranes and acts on a glucocorticoid receptor, present in the nucleus and cytoplasm. Free testosterone is transported to the cytoplasm and binds to the androgen receptor. Insulin receptors belong to a family of growth factor receptors that have tyrosine kinase activity.

Each hormone has different characteristics as to its form of synthesis, storage, half-
life, blood transport form and mechanism of action.
 
In either cow’s milk or human milk.

What I’m wondering is, which stage of whey or casein production rids the milk of the hormones in it.
Like, is it when the carbs in the milk are removed, when the fat is removed, etc?
