The gut!!

So I'm 5 10 about 173+ pounds... I've been doing well as for getting bigger, but I noticed that I getting a gut... Others are noticing it to..
I work out 5 days per week... Mon-fri.. I muscle group per day... Should I add in some running to keep the guy down ???
 
You say you're doing well getting bigger--what's your end goal? You may have to pick up a little belly fat in order to get to the size you want, and then once you're there you can drop the gut while maintaining your new muscle mass.
 
You are probably going to have to increase cardio or decrease calories. Sometimes it is a fine line.

Definitely easy to do...I've noticed so many guys try to bulk up and really just end up getting super chubby. Definitely agree that you have to cut whatever excess you gain-it's just a battle of getting huge.
