naw, almost every cycle log has references to libido. It's a serious side effect of AAS, so it is good to know whether or not you are feeling it go up or down.

Nothing worse then getting buff, being hit on and invited to a hotel room. Then haveing to decline b/c of pecker issues.. uuummm.... happened to a friend of mine..... :(

6/05
Daily dosage:

EQ- 6caps
Pmag- 3 caps
CEL Form- 1x2 times a day

Last night I figured I may as well Ramp up the EQ-Plex along with the P-Mag. So today I am taking 2 caps EQ with 1 cap P-Mag three times daily. Cycle assist is still twice a day. Unless I see some sides I will keep CA at twice a day. Blood Pressure is doing well, not heading to the high. Shall see what the next week brings.
 
6-06/07

CEL Form- 1x2 times a day

Saturdays workout gained 5lbs in Decline Bench (240) . Overall the workout left me really beat. Still feeling tired today (Body tired, not mind). Hopefully I get rested back up by Monday.

6-08: Workout day. Felt really good lifting. Did squats at 300lbs x2. Most I have done since I got my hyrniated disc in 1983. DB Bench up 5 lbs. Shrugs up 5lbs. Weighted in at 294lbs, up another 2 pounds. Muscles are really pumped. Big changes in the last 4 weeks muscle wise. Hope the gains stick around in PCT.

I'm a little lethargic. Heads awake, but body feels run down. Slept good monday, workout was fine. 4 hours after the workout I got the feeling again. Sleep last night was up/down, not constant. Run down feeling remains today.

I am taking a multi vitamin and joint support daily.
 
6/10

Workout day- Moved up in seated calf raises, DB Incline Bench, cable pulldowns and Curls (100 lbs x3x10)
Took three weeks to break 100 lbs in curls. Feeling good today. I may drop EQ-plex back to 4 caps daily. Libido has dropped some as of Sunday. Don't feel the need. Will see how I feel later this week. Still making good gains. Diet is good. Managing to get over 200G of Protein daily.

All this week I have noticed a drop in Libido. Monday i think I will drop EQ-plex back to 4 caps daily. With CEL Form hopefully drive picks back up.

6/16- Workout day. Went up 5 lbs in DB Bench (70) and DB shrugs (75). Moving up with each workout. had Pizza on Friday. Broke out (Acne) on Sunday. To much grease in one sitting. Gains are still good. Libido slowed down some. Getting lethargic more often now. Catching naps on my off days from work to make up for it. Seems to be helping.
 
You do a lot of decline bench... any reason for that?
 
DB = Dumb bell. I do Decline once a week. 1st day is bench, 2nd is incline, 3rd is decline. 4 sets of 10 for each.

As in weight? Its the only straight bar benching I do. Is 245x3x10 (after a warm-up) to much? I try to do one chest movement in each workout. Decline just mixes it up. I do DB's for the rest of my bench workouts. Trying to get my left shoulder back in the groove after a car wreck in November. Then later I'll get back to a straight bar.

6/18 - workout day. Moved up 10lbs on seated calf raises. Decided to add an extra cap of P-mag today. bringing intake to 100mg, also take 6 caps (3g) of taurine before my workout. The last workout had some bad back pumps toward the end of the workout. Today I felt nothing.

New dosage as of 6/18:

EQ- 6 caps
PMag- 4 caps
CA- 2 times daily
CEL FORM - 1 application x 2 times daily
Taurine - 8 caps (4g)

I still have a couple of weeks on this cycle, then into PCT.

Is the 4x10 just the hypertrophy workout for this cycle, or is it what you normally do?
 
4x10 is just for this cycle. I don't like going to fatigue and these get me really close.
In August/September I will go to a 5x5 and winter is MAX-OT Bulk time.

Saturday temps here were over 98 degrees. Acne popping up some. Mostly small stuff on my face. Probably due to the heat of this weekend and the pizza I had for Fathers day with my kids. Diet was off this weekend, but back on track now.

6/24 - upped P-mag to 125mg. Due to my size, I'll run the last two weeks of the cycle as such.
6/25 - Workout day. Up 15 lbs on Seated Calf Raises. All others stayed the same.
 
6/26-30

6/27 - Workout day. Up 5lbs on Decline and 10lbs on Skullcrushers.

Still making gains this late in the cycle. Tired after the workouts longer than normal.

Due to my P-Mag running out, it looks like I will go into PCT this Friday. Don't like buying another bottle to use 20 caps to finish a cycle, then sit in my cupboard. Pics and measurements after Friday.
 
7/01

7/02-03

Last couple of days I have not needed taurine as I no longer have back pumps. Strange, but once I went to 5 caps daily of P-Mag they has subsided. Everything else is normal.

7/3 0010 hrs- Workout day. My partner was not able to go in the morning so I slept in and went to the Gym after work. Did my routine alone and did not push more weight up. Had no problem doing current weights and reps.

Three more days left on the cycle then into PCT. 8 weeks on cycle

Unless your wife is at the point in her pregnancy where her libido is garbage too! That is a plus to being on cycle with a pregnant wife. :)

Is today your last day on cycle? How did it end up finishing before PCT?

If that question's for me, I decided to do one more week since I didn't do a complete week last week.
 
Finished on Monday. Pics coming soon. It was a very mild (side effects) cycle with good gains each week. last couple of weeks I saw some fatigue and libido lose. Nothing crazy though.
Measured my Biceps on Monday, Left side has caught up to my right. I was working it harder and it has worked. Both are at 18 1/2 now. My traps have also grown. Not so flat now. They actually can be seen sticking up and separating my shoulders/neck with a shirt on. I need to measure the rest later this week.

Overall; a very good cycle for being over 45 years old.

I applied CEL Form topical to the area to calm it down (works great overnight) until I get my nolv and clo sent to me. Should I dose above 50mg for a week to clear this up or hit it at 40mg for two weeks and taper off to 20mg? Thoughts? Thanks

Did you taper down your AI in your PCT? What did you use for PCT again?

Try 40mg nolva for 10 days and proceed from there. If the lump/swelling/soreness goes away after that... then taper the nolva down, 7 days at 20mg and 7 more at 10mg.

This is exactly why we tell everyone to have their SERM ONHAND before they start the cycle. I see this entirely too much.

I don't know why you ordered clomid, it is really used for one's HPTA restart, and three weeks in it probably is kinda late for it to be doing what it's supposed to be used for.

I started using Inhibit-E at 2caps daily, was about to drop to 1 cap this week and I have CEL PCT assist, with Axis Labs HyperTEST Hypertrophic Testosterone for night time use. I got a deal on both Nol and Clo if bought together.
 
Sorry about no pics. I took some afters, just need to get them on here. I'll chuck em down this weekend. Was over in Europe running around last month.
