I like high volume/ high frequency
ex:
monday am: chest, hams
monday pm: back traps
tuesday am: quads, triceps
tuesday pm: shoulders, biceps
wed: off
thurs: repeat monday w/ new exercises
friday: repeat tuesday w/ new exercises
sat and sun: off
12-20 sets per session
Im in the middle of a tren/prop cycle and found myself leaner than i expected to be after 3 weeks so I did this for the next 3 weeks, puttind down 5-6000 cals a day and had great success. really helped bring up my chest and my arms and in just a few weeks I was getting a lot of comments about hwo thick I was looking. Im running adex by the way and very dry right now. You just have to be careful to back off after a few weeks and avoid an extended state of overtraining
