The 1 yr bulk from 185 to 225ish

Right now stuck at 200lbs:(

off the deca now... Just test E @800mg a week, and 100mcg cjc/100mcg ghrp6 3 times a day. Eating more dirty foods but not too much. tryin to break this plateau. I will say that my arms are bigger and calves too!

ah man i know how you feel with feeling like youre at a plateau... dont give up tho man, push through and lift hard! After my cycle I hit a plateau at 210lbs a year ago and started feelin a little depressed that I was working so hard still and wasn't gaining anything, changed up my diet ate more lifted same but sometimes twice a day and finally broke free and started noticing more size and weight! so it'll come man!!
 
I know it takes time. 225 is a long shot but I wanted to set my goals high so I would work hard. Im a little leaner since Ive been running the peptides

Putting on some good size. Now I need some more mass

Took a week off of lifting. Today I entered a bench press for boobies competition. Men had to do 200lbs for max reps. I did 29 reps. Afterwards I was thinking about it and 2 yrs ago I couldnt get 1 rep of my bw when I started gyming....So I was happy with the results. I also met Al Auguste who placed 5th in Olympia 212 class. Dude is ridiculous!!!
