my diet is ~2500 cals 280p/60f/180c..........something around that

But admittedly I had a shift change from night crew to days and now have a shift change again so my diet has been all over the place, like my schedule. Also the stress level has been at its highest, so i have to admit, i smashed some liquor/sweets/pizza.

are u looking to gain or cut? i don't think ur gonna grow much weighing 195lbs eating 2500 cals

Today's workout was more of a smokin' session. 4 sandbags and a hot garage= whoopin my own ass.

Exercises
-ATG squats with one of my homemade torture devices. I'll post some pics of it eventually. Basically its a 2x4 with two 70 lb wet sand bags lashed on. Its a mofo to balance.
-Sand bag Push press
-Lunges
-Dive Bombers
-Sand bag swings
-Pull ups
-Push ups

Circuit

(Exercises ran in succession)

Squats x 15
Push press x20
Lunges x14 (7 each leg)
Divebombers x10
Sandbag swings x10
Pushups x 25
Pullups x 10

Did 3 sets of the circuit with about 5 min rest between. My f*in heartrate was probly 190 half way through..... Thats my kinda cardio..

Comments:

BP is high, put manageable. Joints are achy, but again ~8g+ of fish oil and some cissus are keepin it manageable. Pump, especially with full body workouts, is crazy. My intensity was borderline insanity.

Yesterday i ran......long story short i got crazy back/calf pumps and i had to stop

Todays workout was chest. Pushed my 5 rep PR to 250. Very nice considering it was 235 pre-cycle.

Comments: Sides had gone down a bit since a couple days before. Been keeping up on the fish oils and aspirin. Strength gains are pretty great this last week. I missed a couple doses here and there, but i think i still have a few more days left of this stuff. I did get it alot later then everybody else also. PCT is not looking good since i just got an email about nutra's trione recall. Im leaving for brazil in a week, so im fuked :-(
 
Yesterdays workout was Back/Traps
Weight:201 (+7)

Overview:
Strict BB rows, push press (for the hell of it), wide upright rows, close grip cables,
wide grip lat pulldown, Hise shurgs, heavy shrug "machine", overhead shrugs

Comments:
BP has seemed to stabilize and my joints are only midly achy at times, but back pumps are in full effect. But on the other hand, pumps in general are ridiculous. Last night it felt like my back was going to explode. It was great. Got a few days left, wish i had more!

Single arm preacher
Squating cable concentration curls...somethin i picked up..kinda unconventional
Neutral grip lat pulldown

20 min cardio- treadmill incline +15/ 3.6 mph

Comments:
Major calf pumps while walking. Had to stop and stretch out a few times. Besides the shitty calf pumps.... the GOOD pumps on bi's and back was beastly. Defintely gets good around beginning of 3rd week. slight Back pumps but BP is stable.

Hit up 20 min cardio. Treadmill +15 incline/ 3.6 mph
 
thats +8 fully hydrated.....i can lose 5 of that in the post workout.

I weigh myself at the gym before my workout and in the morning. It is proportionate weight gain for both, so i just post my pre-workout weight.

took the day off to do some yard/ school work.

Minor back pumps while digging.....but no biggie

Ok so i found some time, and the internet, between gettin sh!tfaced on the beach.......did i mention the women here are above and beyond gorgeous?

Just finished the cycle and I topped off at ~ +8 1/2 lbs. I feel condident that 6 lbs were lean mass.

Gains
As mentioned above i think i gained a solid 6 lbs of muskels! I can notice it more in my legs and my forearms....dont ask.... and my muscles feel more full under the skin. My wife has commented on my arms. I did lean up a bit, but admittedly some sh!tty family/work related things happened while on cycle, which ruined my diet. LD i feel would be a solid recomp/leanish bulk cycle.

Which brings us to what I feel LD was great for..... strength and aggresiveness.

I am NOT a bodybuilder so , if you workout for aesthetic reasons, like you want the teardrop on your quad, I dont know if LD is for you.Then again i dont know what you should take for that because these things dont necesarily concern me. What really gets my affection for LD is the lightning fast recovery and progressice strength gains.

Within two weeks, i was breaking PR´s on EVERY LIFT. Bench press 5RM is up ~30lbs for example.

I normally am pretty aggresive (to the barbell) in the gym, but LD helped me get to another level. This also would carry over to life outside the gym, especially at work. Nothing bad happend as a result... so no biggie. If you have a level head, you will be fine.

Negative Sides
The overall cycle was great, with sides being very manageble. My BP was running a little higher than normal, but again popping a 81mg baby aspirin a couple times a day kept it in range. I had no acne, and im a pretty greasy italian, but then again LD is not an extremely potent androgen IMO. Libido was kinda hit or miss at times. Sometimes i felt like i wanted to nail the next permitting lady who walked by, then sometimes (later in the cycle around 3 1/2 weeks) i felt like sex was the last thing i wanted to commit to. IMO it wasnt a problem since im married with children and dont get to screw around that much anyway...:shrug:

Overall

4/5 Stars!

Liquidrone is a fine product. The UTT delivery is very cool and all ''scientific'' and stuff. It´s not methylated which i find is always a plus. it tastes like sh!t, but you will get over it. Great for strength gains and recovery between workouts. No unmanageble sides.
