I scheduled a doc appt for tomorrow for my Suprasinatus. More for my wife than me. She gets irritated when I'm online looking for injury remedies so I'll do like I did last time - go to the doc, let his advice fail again, and do my own stuff.

Yea it's a different world when you do what we do and want to continue doing it. If money was no object I would do like clinician athelte people and stuff like that, but money is a big issue lol

I opened up to the wife about it tonight and she said she agreed and understood. Canceling my appointment tomorrow. Like you, Id go to a sports doc if I had the money.

Whats your feeding window? You could always just try to quit eating earlier the day before you know you'll be waking up at 0300 so that way you can try to move your window up slightly those days. Martin (guy who started leangains/IF) has written that you as long as you have the 16 hour fast you can manipulate your feeding window a tad.

He's the one I based it off last time. 1-9PM. My family typically eats late and I don't usually eat lunch until 1 anyway.

I hate it on days I don't work.

Did you get the casual or formal? I'm on the fence if I want the aggressive bow tie or not...
 
Formal, I don't know if it will loosen but I definitely will only do the 10-15 minute spurts. Feels good but I don't think I could wear it long periods

Edit: today is my first use so this is off of 2 wears. Can update when I use more.

Got my bow tie today. It came straight from spud. Tried once...pretty solid

A coworker is leaving Monday and today we had a lunch at a restaurant of her choosing. In the past i never participated in these gatherings because i rarely eat out but this is an employee I actually want to stay.

This restaurant is a sandwich shop that focuses on burgers and their niche is homemade bread. Large, tasty, square loaves of bread.

I've noticed for some time now that fast food makes me tired and sluggish, and some foods also contribute to that as well. Well, today when i bit into my burger/bun i could notice a difference in how i felt with each bite. I was uncomfortable to say the least.

Permanent diet changes are in order. I'm not into the no-gluten cult but some foods just aren't pro-Thomas. My grandmother was a diabetic. I hope it's not that.
 
I would argue that a lot of it is in your head. That said, staying away from fast food is still a good thing. So I'm all for the change.

I did not. I got a large(185-225) and I usually fluctuate from 195 210ish depending on diet goals. I was under the impression from the thing you should have it tight, no?

Oh yea I can get it on no problem, the. I use the strap to pull around he lats. I used the sizing chart. I did it twice yesterday and it felt great when I got it off. Really loosened up the front of the shoulder/chest.

Yah, it should be tight. But I based my initial purchase off of the sizing chart and it was also very uncomfortable to wear for more than 15-20(ish) minutes. Then I saw Donnie recommending 2-3xls to 195lb lifters on insta, so I emailed spud cs and asked for an exchange. When I went from the xl to the 2xl it has been just as effective but i no longer get numbness/tingling down into my arms from it either cutting of circulation or pressing on a nerve. Nor is it digging into my armpit as hard.
 
The only fast food I eat is the "occasional" (once a month) Egg McMuffin. I swear every time I eat that meal it leaves a "film" in my mouth and I feel terrible as the day goes by. I'm telling you that fast food is NOT healthy.

That's like the opposite of the sizing chart. I swear powerlifting gear is some of the most difficult stuff. If I make sure I pull it low around my lats I don't really get that, but yea I'll only be doing 10-15 minutes multiple times a day.

They should maybe change the chart if that is the case

I recommended them change the chart because of the fact donnie was recommending different sizes on IG. They did in fact take the chart down on Spud/SC barbell for a bit (i went to look for Tyga and it was gone) so i was assuming they were working on fixing it. You said you got yours from elitefts so maybe they just didnt get the memo on fixing the chart? I know the CS rep (Dale?) said he appreciated me letting him know that the chart was off from Donnie's recommendations and that they werent 100% sure on that sizing chart in the first place so they would look into adjusting it.

Id just go to the sizing chart on elitefts and if you arent the absolute bottom of a range go with the size above what the chart says. I think i paid 55 for mine before shipping.

Edit: just looked at the chart and I'd say a large would be your best bet as you suspected.

I paid $55-ish but had $18 refunded when they didn't ship before Black Friday. They will have another killer sale right after Christmas

I'm not sure yet. I've mismanaged them for a while so I may just track whatever i want and adjust to how my body responds.

Edit: I may start 35p/35c/30f I've done 40/40/20 before but I want to keep carbs a little lower.

I'm finding more tricep control/activation in my pressing.

Still have ST tenderness but it's getting better. It's mostly out of my trap now. Pressing didn't hurt but I didn't push it. I just wanted to get some reps in.
 
Bow tie came today. It's the 3XL that I asked to be changed to 2XL. It's super loose.

I wonder if I should go XL of 2XL?

Rob what's yours again since I saw your body type in the video?
 
Damn. That sucks man. I know you asked rob, but im 250ish and the 2xl works well for me.
