Still haven't been in the gym this week. My motivation to get up at 3am is slacking. Gonna have to force it tomorrow.

Waking up at 3 am does suck. I normally wake at 330 for work, no way could I train at that time lol. I walk around like a zombie for hours.

Back on the Carb Nite diet tomorrow. Re-upped on almond flour, grabbed some pork rinds to make keto pizza, and grabbed some goodies to play with protein baking too. Looking forward to it.

Gonna lightly squat tomorrow again.

** Left shoulder was weak. Didn't hurt, but I could feel it wanting to quit and the weights were moving uneven. Noticed this on presses Sunday too.

I'm glad I set my numbers low enough that I can easily hit my 531 even though I've been out a few weeks.

On the treadmill now. Could do more shoulder reps but I'll make it up later. I need cardio.

Edit: 12 minutes on treadmill. Started with 1m sprints x2 then down to :30 sprints.

I took in 75% of my calories yesterday at dinner (2100 kCal) because of poor planning. I did get to have some cashew butter though. I'm hoping to save some carbs for tonight to make the pizza. Should be around 10 gross carbs for the whole thing.

Will it be a cauliflower and cheese base for the pizza? And you should look at lots of light volume dumbbell work to even those shoulders out for a bit.

No clue what I'll make. Way behind on cals, again, and don't have much stuff thawed. Sitting at only 2g of carbs and about 120g fat grams short of my goal.

Sounds like you need a pile of real cheese and some processed meats like pepperoni!
