How did that one happen man? Doesn't look overly impossible to fix though.

Had a blowout and the steel beat it in that position. I pried it out as far as I could then went to the closest shop and they beat it with a sledge.

Everyone going on vacation and I'm just coming back. Boat repair looks fun!

I was in Mexico for week. Seems i bought back a souvenier in my GI tract...

Traveler diarrhea comes to mind.
This is what I would do:
Oregon Grape Root extract, 4 capsules 2x2 day, or Goldenseal Root, same dosage. Normally gone the next day, for all non-viral bacterial GI infections.
 
Back from vacation. Chores and chores to do, but I feel better for having gone.

Maybe back to the gym tomorrow.
 
Had a cough the last 4-5 days and today it decided to be full on sickness. I get 10-15 minute headaches after a coughing fit and my face feels like it's going to turn into a balloon.

No gym, obviously.

Getting stuff ready to resume Carb Nite diet this week. Bacon, eggs, pork shoulder roast, chicken, and greens. All cooked fresh except the pork.

I'm trying to catch up on my logs, then I'm laying back down.

Not feeling any better. I don't have the option to call out of work tomorrow but the gym looks like it won't happen.

I also am leaning towards my shoulder issues being me lying on that shoulder. It never got better on vacation and the times it hurt most were when I was laying on my side. I have to find a way to lay face up. Propping pillows under my arms isn't helping.
 
Sean1332 I believe has noticed some shoulder fukkage from sleeping on it wrong I believe??

I know Clint Darden has talked about that being a problem for him as well. He said the biggest thing to get it back in line for him was the Super D routine wrapping your shoulder and flossing it. But if he keeps sleeping on it nothing will really fix it.

Yup. If my arms are anywhere above my shoulders while I sleep, my arm or hand will either go numb or my RC will ache for about a week. Sleeping on my back with arms down my side the entire night is when my shoulders feel the best. Putting a small rolled up kids blanket under my lower back or a pillow under my legs will usually keep me on my back the whole night. Sleeping pills/flexeril helps keep me that way too lol

I'll try the blanket and pillow under legs. I wake up every night multiple times having to correct how I'm sleeping. The NyQuil didn't help any last night.

Vacation was great and semi-relaxing. A lot of preparation and cleaning goes into taking a boat out and bringing back food. Beats work though.

Sucks about the sickness man.. Always sucks feeling ****ty coming back from vacation.

Cardio is a great idea, especially on days you didn't train or evenings after morning training (like a brisk walk around the neighborhood to wake up for work or relax after dinner) to promote some bloodflow and help w the inevitable soreness coming back into training.

This recipe includes almond flour, baking powder, ground cinnamon, egg whites, vitafiber, and coconut oil. Glaze was coconut oil and Truvia.
 
DLB and Rob Bailey (and some other YouTube 'stars') have gone vegan because they feel bad for animals. Freaking cult.
 
I feel bad for animals now, too. I feel especially bad that no animal will ever have the honor of gracing the plate of DLB
