I love Reece's but stopped eating them once I found out they had TBHQ in them as a preservative. Same TBHQ in Ramin noodles and chicken McNuggets. Google TBHQ.

I'm reading it's a preservative that's not harmful, or not provably harmful to humans. What am I missing?

I read that, but then read that there are studies that show: "review of scientific literature concerning the toxicity of TBHQ determined that a wide margin of safety exists between the levels of intake by humans and the doses that produce adverse effects in animal studies."

Regardless, I'm not at toxic levels. If I were... Well, it's Reece's!

Great pump today. The Meadows Rows fatigued me quicker than normal. Maybe because of pulls yesterday.
 
You did quite a bit with the shoulders and even supersets with the meadow rows. I can see why you might be a bit fatigued. Yesterday's workout may have added to it as well. Still a great workout

Test won't survive the first pass. A methyl oral sprinkled over the cheese is the way to go here.

As Sean said, squeeze those glutes as the weight passes your knees. Squeeze with intensity, like you're... Never mind.
