Pretty good day. No bicep pain, but I did a non-aggressive arch on the Slingshots and felt sensitivity on my left shoulder, then again on inclines so I dropped those.

I lol'd when I saw the numbers and figured it out before I even read what happened....almost did that missing 55lbs on one side last week! Now that would have been trouble.

Gonna lessen my stims this morning even though I've already had my 2+ cups coffee.

I took a PWO that they sell in the grocery store, neon green in color. My stomach is tore the **** up.

I think I may swap JM presses for CGBP for a while. They felt awesome on the triceps.

Stop at a Walmart and use their free BP and weight station near the pharmacy. Wait, maybe you don't want to use the weight station but just the BP portion. Lol. Seriously, you may want to invest in a good BP cuff for home.

The ones at Walmart aren't serviced enough to be accurate. I have a cuff at home, but it won't fit over my bicep.

Gonna hit up a fire station when I get to work.
 
Strong lifts as usual. I suggest never using any straight bar for curls. I really think the angle puts strain on the bicep tendons. EZ bar or DB only. IMHO

I do the same thing. It's a result of us being comfortable with a routine or lift. I'm the King of stubborn that's why I need you guys to critique and "remind" me to change.
 
BP wasn't high, but j also wasn't feeling the symptoms I was previously. Next time I'll check it when I feel more weird.

That's actually very similar to the feeling I've been getting.
 
I'm lucky, I have a pressure relief valve. When my bp gets too high I get nose bleeds.

That feeling is called getting real big. I used to feel that way every time I got over 230. Now that I'm never not over 230, getting back to that weight makes me feel svelte and nimble.

I don't know if my body has acclimated to the new set of circumstances or I'm just used to it now, but it does go away. How my mobility is faring also has a bearing on it.

Dude. Clean-up crew at the gym means change the trash and do stuff like wash the windows and bathrooms. They rely on members to clean the weight room. Saves them money. I was told at my gym the janitorial staff isn't allowed to touch the equipment?

Ours will re-rack weights, but huff and puff over it.

Now that I think about it, this isn't true. I've seen a staff member do it twice. Cleanup guy changes paper towels. Hell, I've been milking the only soap dispenser in the bathroom for a few days.
 
Diet is about to get real.
