Everything felt heavy today. If it weren't for videos I may not have had the confidence to try 530, and I still was unsure. Doing grip work yesterday was stupid. My hands hadn't 'recovered'. Gonna start doing grip work on FS days.

Singles don't do a whole lot to my back. It's the 5's, 3's, and AMRAPs that get to me. I'd rather pull singles every week. lol

Mini rant:
I put on my crocs the other day and was wondering why my left side felt a bit snugged. I didn't bother to look down because I was busy rushing out of the house. After 5 mins, I was thinking, do I have someone else's crocs on?!? I looked down and these fcukers shrunk on me! I had left it in my gym bag and left my bag in my hot car for one day. My left side had shrunk 2 sizes and in my head I was screaming at you for not telling me!

Thanks man. I really think that if I hadn't done grip crap yesterday It would've been better. That said, I'm getting to a point where it's becoming challenging. gonna do a lot of hook gripping on rowing and bicep days. Hopefully I can quickly numb over my thumbs. :)

Breaks on that last SS were approx 30s. That's about how long it took to walk to and set-up.

Early in the FSs I did rev banded BW squats to work on foot placement, form, and dropping down instead of back. It's helping.

Later in the sets I did banded wall squats.

I'm going to keep at the straps, but as the weight gets heavier I still want to roll forward. All in all, way better than last week.

WTH is superman arms...

Nice fronts. I have the same problem when I used straps

It's just the term I use for sticking my arms straight out in front of me. Only way, at this point, that I can prevent my arms from dropping the descent.

Nice work man. On fronts the key is to get the weight behind the front delts. Probably the most uncomfortable place to put a barbell, but it make it easier to stay upright.

Ma man, if you have access to a SSB use that in reverse for bar placement. Super comfortable for those of us challenged with front rack position.

Ive tried this before. It is WAY more comfortable.

I have other thing I want to get first. Wife is open to me getting a rack and putting in a platform in a garage. I haven't told her how much plates are, though. lol

I'll look around a little more. I was leaning to the RML -490C. One of the accessory options is adding a monolift.
