TGR's Modified PowerBuilding v2.0

Good luck on the HVAC!

Don't get me wrong, not saying renting is better. Once kids are out of the house people should look at downsizing. My place takes all my time(or money if I pay someone) to keep up. I do live in a tourist area though so everything is more expensive. Heck they want $45 to mow and weed eat my yard. As you venture into my age and beyond all that maint. Means precious time and money.

I can relate. My yard takes a lot of my time. If I were to pay someone it'd be way over $45.

Good luck on the HVAC!

He's already suggesting the electrical panel needs some updates...

That doesn't sound good...

Owning is better than renting, realistically.

My total bills for the house (including the escrow for the taxes) is still close to $400-500 cheaper than renting a 1 bedroom apartment in the area I live in. Plus, I have 3 bedrooms a garage (big deal for me because of the cars I keep collecting) and my own yard (for the shed I train in).

So really I'm paying less for more space and get a tax break at the end of the year just for owning a home.
Agreed. My mortgage is about 500$ cheaper than to rent. And my house was built.. 4 months ago. So it should hold its value for 5-10 years if I want to get rid of it, or go up if I ever get any do free time to DIY the **** out of it.

What did they say?

Still replacing the units. I hope they hurry, I want to go to the gym.

Ahh didn't know you fully decided to change them! Maybe they're almost done!

It was almost 20 years old, I didn't have much a choice.

They are on their lunch break.

Who takes lunch breaks? lol

Lol!!! I have to do lunch everyday... Replacing everything?

AC is on. As soon as they pack up I'm headed to the gym.

It's so light at the bottom, but heavy on L0ckout. lol

I untracked all my benching myself, and had no pain/discomfort.

I did 4 rounds of other banded shoulder stuff and PAPs sporadically.

Good session brother.. glad you were able to make in.

Me too. I needed it. Hopefully I'll be rested for a morning sesh tomorrow.

I hate when someone else cause mine to go untracked. Glad you untracked your own...lol
Now, funning aside - nice workout after a stressful morning!

Stupid auto correct. lol

Any pain-free bench session for me is better than a PR. I know it's the ShoudeRok and Super D work helping.

Thanks Brian.

PRs probably soon to follow if you get a nice string of pain free sessions man. Hopefully i dont jinx myself here but ive always been lucky to have pretty good shoulder mobility/health. Hips though..different story.

Learning how to unrack can help with the pain as well. And it will set you up for bigger presses. I have an awful time explaining it, So I won't.

Lol. Thanks.

I'd prefer to unrack my own, and will continue to do so as long as there is no pain.

Lots of good volume on the chest! And the 220x11 was great!
Nice work!

Arnold pump tastes like sh**. I got a decent pump but it took 3 scoops. Not very economical, IMO.

Lots of good volume on the chest! And the 220x11 was great!
Nice work!

Thanks man. Bench and shoulders have always lagged, but finally improving. I'm looking forward to making progress, mostly thanks to the shoulder mobility work I'm now doing.

I have to say that Arnold sup line takes like crap.
I'm finding good pumps with Ergonine and 3 tbsp Soy Lecithin. I am finding that the MI40x is a pump-creating workout, but the combo of the two does seem to help in the pump department.

Hands down, best pump product is Max Pump. I like Ergonine but no comparison pump wise.

I agree with this. Still yet to try the new batch tho.

Thomas, congrats on the PR's! Shows how everyone is different, hammer curls will cause my elbows to hurt. I can do them supinated with no problem.

Those tricep PR's are going to pay dividends on the bench!
So what's on tap tomorrow?

I'll have to try Max Pump. I was surprised and impressed with the pump from Ergonine and Soy Lecithin since I was not expecting to get a real pump from the combination. That being said, I will definitely pick up some Max Pump!

Sleeping in and deadlift triples! I'm so excited. It's been a while since I've done DLs after some solid sleep. Goal is 425x8+ on my AMRAP.

Strong Freak! Congratulations on the steady progress and PRs! SMHS!

Nice pressing bud! Good that you got the A/C fixed. I was wishing that mine would of died this summer cause I got a home warranty lol. My furnace is old too, I think the build date is 1987.. So some big bills will be in my future.

The new one is even better. I only had one bottle to play with. But when it is restocked get it!

- great lifts.. those 1.5 cable curls are a b*tch arent they

I love the 1.5's. Gonna drop weight next time and go for 15 reps. A different kind of burn!

I have to agree... 1.5s are a whole different kind of nasty!

Thanks man! I felt like I could've held it a lot longer if I had to.

For "forcing it" you pulled it pretty quick. Congrats man. I feel like you PR every workout lol.
