TGR's Modified PowerBuilding v2.0

Told you taking time off helps when you've been pushing so hard! Awesome PR's here!!

I didn't even watch 460. 475 flew. I'm with Herder - there's definitely more there, but you can't just hammer a few max singles week after week and expect anything but regression. Keep building for another 3wks and at the end of the 4th week deload come in for the kill.

I can't rep you any more, but proud of you.

Fck ya man. I knew u had it in u. 5plates on its way tho. Congrats

Thanks Allen.

Yeah, I'm no Tee Cummins. I can't max out every week. However, 5's and 3's week take more out of me than singles does, IMO.

I'll for sure hit up some multi-reps before my next attempt. Thanks Hyde.

Some truly monster PRs there! Meadows at 140x14 is killer!!

Nice pr bud... Are those Meadows with or without the bat weight

Without bar weight but plus straps. I used 35's this week. The bar handle spins >75#.

140x14... Meadows rows.. you are no longer human.

I could of never had done that if I had more smaller jumps in weight like I used to. I credit all that rowing volume the last few weeks.

In any event that is strong.. well done man.

And thanks!

Checking out for the night to study for my test. I'll catch up with everyone tomorrow after I pass it.

I hope all goes well for your test.

Heck yeah!! Look at you busting out all of those insane PR's!!! Nicely done!!!

Good luck on your test!

I know I'm way late but solid pull ma man! Looked pretty fast for a pr. Definitely some in the tank.

Thanks y'all!

Rest day today.

I cannot wait to squat tomorrow. I'm either going for a new single PR or I'm squatting my current 1RM twice. No doubt.

Good luck with the test. Strong lifting brother!

Thanks Mark! I brought me some STIMUL8 to sip on before the test to give me some laser focus!

Easy test! You'll have no problems!

Goal is to be #1 my man! As Ricky Bobby would say - if you ain't first then you're last! Lol

Test went well. Hopefully results will be in later today

Excited for your squat man - nothing as fun on squat as working up to a heavy double or single.

I just hope my stomach issues aren't there today. :)

Notes:

BAM!! That feels so good! The pause on 405 looked long, but I never questioned it. A buddy said it looked like I over anticipated help with the bounce out if the hole. Not sure if I see that.

Critiques encouraged/welcomed.

My thoughts on finally hitting 4 plates?

I want more.

Way too easy! There's more left in the tank! Congratulations! Do we call you "sir Thomas" after your promotion?!

I agree, there's a little more there for the taking. Thanks Mark.

No news yet on the test.

Awsome pr bud 4 wheels is a milestone

Thanks man. 3 plates wasn't really all that long ago.

5 plates by August!
Congrats man! Big milestone there and big confidence booster.

Congrats, man. 390 was a joke.

Hard to say from the clip, but your rack position looks relatively unstable. Like the bar is gonna drop at any moment.

2 new PR's!! Whooooohooo, great job Thomas

You mean drop from my back? I can see it wobbly as I walkout, but it felt stable. I remember coming out thinking it felt no different than 365 on my back.

What do you think I need to do to adjust rack position?

2 new PR's!! Whooooohooo, great job Thomas

Thanks Mark!
