My shoulders are pumped and toasted. I did enough pull aparts for a month.

Incline press felt really heavy on my left shoulder so I backed down. I think the OHP killed me.

160 is the most I've pressed for a double. So, technically a PR even though it was supposed to be 3+.
 
Also, I need to find a way to make mace.

I had to go back and look. On which exercise? I saw someone rep out on OHP 95# recently, and that's what I stole. Didn't pay attention if that's what you mean.

Yeah, I normally would've stopped after the 160x2, but though maybe I could use the extra reppage.

More like a Pendlay, but a couple times I noticed that and tried to do more of a 45°. The 45 doesn't feel as natural to me. I'd say slightly above Pendlay on most reps...

Which has a better carry-over to bench? Should I focus on hitting a strict 45°?
 
I can't really say which one would better. I was just curious how u were doing them l've been trying to increase my Pendlay rows recently cause I suck at them

I've only done Pendlays twice, but I think I like the stance and explosiveness of them better. I'll switch back and forth probably.

I'm interested to hear what you guys say about the pendlay rows! I haven't tried those...I usually do more of a 45 degree angle. Will have to try them like that!

That was a lot of bent over rows. I think I do mine like you. May go full 45 next time I do them. May actually be easier on my lower back. Great job Thomas!!

Jacksonville. My mom lives in Atlantic Beach, about 2 blocks from the ocean. It's chilly and rainy tho, so we didn't go down. Supposed to see 80° this week, then 30-50 next weekend. Crazy Fl weather....
 
I'm heading to Bradenton, then North Lakeland, then Ft Myers this week for work. I dread the drive...hope the rain is gone by the time I get there.

We are drying up slowly but expect quite a bit going into next weekend. You never know tho. Thursday was supposed to be 100%, but woke up to 10%. Lol

Gotta play that by ear. I'll be keeping some weird hours checking on work crews between midnight and 7am. Then doing my regular stuff during normal hours. I figured it shouldn't be too hard to find gyms in Florida lol!

Lol! So much to do though! Summer and fall are great. Winter isn't bad in Anchorage. Spring sucks everywhere up there though. Breakup takes forever.
