Those front squats are intense. I'm still working on the bio-mechanics of it.

They are different feeling for sure, but I like them. I can't wait to get the weight up a little bit more, and trying to SS them with leg extensions.
 
Went over on my planned diet yesterday and slept like hell. Some stressful stuff going on, but such is life.

Going to try and destroy chest today. Maybe some shoulders too!

Don't feel bad, I did too by 400 cals. It was a birthday dinner and there were my favorite cookies there! Damn!!!!! Hope the stressful stuff goes away brother!

I kinda want more protein, but it's already almost 50% of my calories and my net carbs are barely 100. Gonna stick at thi though.

Add approximately 7.602 calories and 1.21 carbs.
 
I don't know what I'd do without hot sauce. It should be it's own food group. :-)

Have you tried the Asian salsa?! It has Thai peppers, cilantro, green onion, tomatoes, and fish sauce. Yummm...

Woke up at 0320 and went to pour a cup of coffee, but then decided I was just beat.

This sounds like a great idea. Mine won't be so unplanned but might take tomorrow off. Not completely but rest from weights. My body is feeling it from the work I've done in the gym the past three days.

It's parental drama over my stepson. Unavoidable, unfortunately.

I have some choice words for his father...

We're taking some steps now to limit this drama, but the process takes a while.

In the meantime, there's been lots of parent-teacher meetings, slipping grades and behavior, and police reports. Horrible stuff.

I never felt it today. I did hit one PR though, and dead lifted for the first time in 2.5 months.
