Hey, just got 5lbs of cinna bun and cupcake batter, both excellent btw, just wondering why the texture is different between ATW and say ON's whey and Dymatize. I know Dymatize and ATW both list WPC and then WPI but ATW seems to be a little more clumpy or cake like. I notice this mostly when using the scoop. Thanks
