It depends, if all you are worried about is recovery then i dont think he is able to do anything other than what we do here to recover from cycles so no.

If you are worried about your general health overall due to steroid abuse, you need to go to a doctor anyway, so i think its a good idea to got o someone who has worked with many, many steroid users.
