Anyone experienced something similar?
If so how can I get it back to normal levels

Hit a plateau in training nearly 2 years back, bad place in my life, wasn’t happy with alot of external factors and decided to try a cycle, oral only as was told it’s a less suppressive and recovery times should be quicker, dianabol 30mg daily, does spread 10mg through the day

came off and took a dive in natural T levels, could tell even without bloods, libido was low, not non existent but low, ED was a major problem, tried to wait it out but didn’t see any improvement

took tamoxifen for 4 weeks 20mg daily and had bloods checked 6.97t, some symptom got better so assumed I was on the rise again
Bloods came back at 6.03 not long back, 20 months since I stopped

was my first ever cycle and can’t explain how much I regret it right now

Any help will be much much appreciated

31 years old, not looking at trt for the rest of my life and want to preserve fertility

I would speak to my GP and get referred to see a specialist tbh.

that’s the current route I’m trying to take, seems a long time to be that low, didn’t really understand what I was getting myself into at the time and at the point I decided to do it I wasn’t exactly in the mind state to be making them decisions, retesting my bloods Friday, I’m hoping to get a bit of clarity and understanding if it’s something that can be returned to normal without the need for life long treatment, done a lot of reading between the last test and now about suppression of the HPG axis and in some cases it’s taken 2 years to return without any help, praying I’m in that percentage

Sounds like you need trt and that dosent mean you will loose fertility. There's a million steroid users with children.

And Whoever told you oral steroids are less supressive is a moron. But that's irrelevant. If you ran 1 cycle and crashed then it's very, very, very likely your natural testosterone was already on a hard decline and you were gonna be in this same position sooner or later anyways.

Enclomiphene appears to be the new best serm for the job with most ppl reporting 2-3x elevations in testosterone levels. But it's not a gurentee

To be honest that’s currently my worse fear, I was trying to avoid the need for trt, I was holding out for a better test result on the second reading but it’s dropped almost 1, so 28.85 nearly in 18 months so appears to still be on the decline

I’ll wait for my blood test results from Fridays test and see where I stand, even if it’s suppressed surely it should come back close to being even at the bottom end, I’m not sure on the fluctuation levels that can be achieved with natural testosterone boosters without needing synthetic

By the way, I'm not sure why you fear trt. The large majority of men find its the best decision they ever made

Your not suppressed, you were 2 years ago. That's long out of the picture. Now this is about your testicular function or lack of
I suppose that’s the hard truth, more of a physiological thing I think, blaming one cycle of dianabol for crashing my natural testosterone levels, if it was going to happen I suppose that’s just sped the process up

The fear of TRT is down to fertility aspects, I’m finally at a place in life where I’m happy and content and now I’m looking and realising there’s more than likely more hard times ahead, getting me down really

That sounds like anxiety and/or depression the fearing the future part I mean. Like smont said, I have read a lot about Enclomiphene usage really sky rocketing... might be worth raising it with the GP or specialist.

Don’t stress about being infertile right now since you don’t even know if you are. I can’t see one cycle of dbol making you completely infertile

Im not saying dont explorer fixing the problem first, thats always first line of action. But if all else fails, trt not so bad. Again, look to the infinite number of steroid users and abusers with children. Ifbb pros who haven't seen there balls in a decade and they all get there Fertility back when they want kids. There's a risk, but I believe it's greatly exaggerated

I think it is mate, it’s been a week since I had the reading back which works out at 174, non stop worrying since
As soon as my next results come in should prompt a referral to a specialist, I’ll raise the questions with them and maybe even get my fertility checked to try and remove one of the worries I’m having

I’m aiming to fix it, I can live with the lower end of average testosterone if everything else functions properly, it’s the following things like fertility that really worry me, I’ll have to hang in there and see where it leads, I’ve had a look at that derivative of clomid and does seem to produce good results and it’s a simple form of medication

Yeah try not to stress my man, take it day by day... I know easier said than done, but you are doing the right thing to find out what is going on. Also try breathing in through your nose as much as possible then without exhaling breath in further(should only be a really short breath) and slowly exhale through your mouth... that really helps me calm down/relax

I hope not, in the horrors with it all at the minute, I spoke to a few others who had ran Dbol only cycles and every answer I got was similar, most didn’t feel suppressed after, if they did it was a 4 week stint of nolvadex and they was right as rain, don’t understand how it’s fucked me down to such low testosterone readings after this long still, it was definitely the turning point as didn’t have any issues before hand with libido or ED

First we should take a step back. How much hcg have you used? Because hcg is the most important thing to get your nuts working

I haven’t used any, literally non
I chose Dbol as it was an oral, first time trying any steroid and I didn’t know how to inject or even where to, very little guidance in it all

In that sense it's good news because you have done very little in trying to get production back up. As weird as this next part sounds, ice baths for your balls lol. Look into it lol.

Don't just watch the 1min brief explanation, look into it a bit more

I’ll have a look into that aswell, did hear something before about increasing sperm quality by using ice baths
