I don't think it really matters. I did mine every Monday and Thursday. Time was based on convenience that day. It's not like an oral you have to worry about a short half life. Just keep the blood concentration elevated by injecting twice a week.

+1 for Night hog. I doesn't really matter. Test Cyp has a half life that is about 10-12 days. Just matters have much you are trying to take a week. Injecting multiple times a week helps keep your levels maintained.

How much are you trying to inject a week and is it just Test Cyp?
