Testosterone Cypionate Injection Schedule

I recently started injectable Testosterone Cypionate 140mg and would like to lower my estradiol reading from 53.6 pg/ml. Which injection schedule worked best to lower E2?

The more frequent the injection the better. But splitting 140 up into 70 twice a week should help a good deal.
