New member
I am a 35 yr old male who is wanting to get back into shape.. I've been starting with Calisthenics, Unfortunately I don't have the "GO" anymore I have noticed not only with workouts but in other places. Didn't think it would happen to me at this age but I guess I got the **** end of the stick .. trying to put on in chest area arms etc. So the question is can anyone shoot some advice on a tbooster I am 35 bout 195-200 and 5'8 if it matters ..Would like to get rid of this last maybe 10 years of party my gut off.. thank you.

What took time to put on, will take time to take off. There is no magic pill to make it easy, unfortunately. What type of workouts are you doing, and what's your diet like?

Of course diet and exercise are key, as far as a Test booster checkout our product Ultra Male Rx, powered by Prolensis. It works!

Doing just basic calisthenics for now. Until I fill more comfortable again.. and I know there's not a special pill just don't have that "GO!" In me anymore.. not to do a whole lot anymore matter of fact was just trying to find something to give me that boost again. So I can and want to get them more pumps.

Are you able to join a gym? If not, there are plenty of body weight exercises you would be able to do to help. The important thing is sticking with it, and of course diet is probably the most important part of it. There are plenty of supplements that can help get you on track, but the bottom line is all you.

You got any good self weight lifting exercise SFreed? Or any advice on supplements? I probably have 1-2 shakes a day one mid size or small breakfast and a good meal for dinner.. mostly meats and greens

So 5'8" and 200, and I'm guessing not a lot of muscle? If so, and you're wanting to lose fat, cardio is going to be your friend. Have you had any blood work done recently? It would give you your Test levels. Natty test boosters will help you "feel" better, but won't raise your levels significantly. Not saying you shouldn't use them, but you'll get a dozen different recommendations from a dozen different people. A thermogenic fat burner like Radiate could be helpful, if you're ok with yohimbe. Some people have some real issues with it.

Welcome to the forum. If you're just getting back into being active and getting in shape, you shouldn't need to add in any extra supplements right now. I think your money would be best spent on a gym membership to you can incorporate some resistance training. Calisthenics are good, but a solid weight training routine will have a much bigger benefit over spending money on a test supplement IMO.

If you're set on staying out of the gym and want to continue with just calisthenics, there are a few great products out there that can help with natural test levels. My suggestion would be Alphamax XT, which contains a solid natural test profile along with ingredients to help limit cortisol and estrogen levels. Alphamax XT also contains ashwagandha and ZMA which can help with stress and recovery. Again, I think joining a gym would help with your progress and test levels far beyond natural supplementation, but Alphamax XT would be my first recommendation from a supplement perspective

I would recommend walking. Start with just around the block, build up to getting atleast 10,000 steps a day. As far as bodyweight exercises, you could do pushups (standard, incline, decline) shoot for 60 each. You can break these up throughout the day if needed. V-Ups (60 p/day), pullups (20 p/day), situps (60 p/day), crunches (60 p/day), squats (60 p/day), standing calf raises (100 p/day). You could also do some quick 30 sec sprints in your yard w/10 sec rest inbetween each (5 p/set, 5 sets p/day). Make sure you have your diet on point. I would recommend getting a calorie counter app that shows you your macro's. I would also recommend a quality fat burner as SFreed said. And if you want to get a natty test booster go with whichever one you feel most comfortable with taking. Welcome to the forum.

Quality suggestions so far. DemntedCowboy has you covered with bodyweight exercises, and he's right about the walking. Without knowing what your exercise level is like now, it's hard for us to give you specific examples. The important thing is to find something you like to do, so then it's not a job to keep doing it. If you have any trails near you that you can walk try that. Get a jump rope or a bike. Anything to get your heart rate up. john.patterson 's suggestion of AlphaMax is a good one is a good one. I enjoyed it when I took it, but you can end up spending more money on supplements than what a gym membership cost. People knock Planet Fitness, but it's cheap and has everything you need to get going. Just don't eat the pizza or tootsie rolls.

If you have more questions, fire away.

Personally, I would look for a different protein. Not sure that one is suited to your goal, being designed as a weight gainer.

Do the exercises I listed, figure out your base calories, and minus 500 from that, see if and how fast your dropping from there. And adjust it, as needed. A scale with bodyfat% isnt a bad pick-up either. Makes it easier at least for me. I use the mirror, bur sometimes, the scale will tell you what the mirror cant

What would be a good cut? In your guys opinion?

You'll need to figure out your Total Daily Energy Expenditure (there are plenty of online TDEE calculators) to find out your maintenance calories. Then eat less than that.

Unfortunately, without some serious weight training that mass gainer protein is probably just going to add to your belly. That's why the cowboy suggested a cut.

**** ok. Thanks guys give me a few days and I'll come back with those answers for you guys maybe you guys can give me better answers give me a few days be back

No, that was not my first post and please do not delete my posts.

I am a sponsor here of 3 supplements companies as I said before: IronMag Labs, Muscle Gelz and MA Labs.

Thanks.

No problem, I just thought it was odd to see someone who had been a member for so long without posting. You cleared it up and answered my question.

But I'm pretty sure I can't delete any posts except for mine, so......

SKS I am going to do you a favor....get some radiate by rxs supplements...what it will do for you is act as a fat burner, and appetite suppressant-kills hunger.

start with using .5 scoop 1st thing in morning and then another .5 scoop either as a pre-workout or a mid afternoon pickerupper.

radiate will give you the energy and motivation you seem to be lacking.

Don't forget the discount code. FireTitan (since apparently GlitterTitan isn't an actual thing) or Monte (?). Not sure if TheMyth has a code or not. If he does, it probably includes nudes.

This is the most important thing.

Track your calories daily. Every day. Everything you consume. Track daily bodyweight. Look at bodyweight trend over the course of at least a week at a time. Adjust calories as necessary as you go so that you are losing 1-2 lbs of bodyweight per week (you may lose faster initially, the first week or so, and then settle down)

FIRETITAN is the code! As others have said, you won't be disappointed with Radiate, it will give you all the kick you're looking for!!

Source Naturals Mucana Dopa, Gaia Herbs Fenugreek or BlueBonnet Fenugreek, Zinc, and 95% Forskolin. I have blood work to prove
