Testosterone bloodwork

Hi,

I am currently on week 8 of a 12-week testosterone enanthate cycle. (250 mg E3.5D)

At week 7, I checked my testosterone levels and they are "only" at about 957 ng/dL. My baseline levels were about 611 ng/dL.

Should my numbers have jumped more or is this normal? It's my first cycle and I'm wondering if there's anything wrong with my gear and I should reconsider my source moving forward.

If your doing 500mg a week. Your numbers should be way higher than that
 
Your gear is bunk. 500mg will have you testing far outside of any lab range no matter the day of the week you test.
 
It's funny because my estrogen jumped from 17 pre-cycle to 97 which led me to believe the gear was legiy before getting my testosterone results back.

I suspect my Aromasin was bunk too...or at least both underdosed. Seems to me that my first cycle was really just a TRT dosage...Dr. Rand from Muscle Insider video series suggests his patients should be at least over 800 ng/dL on TRT.

What now gents? My inclination is to finish the cycle and PCT, take about 18 weeks off, then give her another try?

You should definitely get a better AI though. 97 is way too high lol

Well I don't know who that doctor is, but that is somewhat embarrassing for him to be stating something like that and I'd be running the other way. Anyone that understands even the very basics about TRT knows you don't chase numbers. Many guys would feel like **** walking around with over 800 levels of test.
 
Hi everyone,

I just wanted to provide an update with another question.

I did more bloodwork after week 8. I had increased my aromasin dosage to 25 mg EOD. Now my E2 dropped from 97 to 46 pg/mL. My total testosterone essentially doubled from 957 to 1821 ng/dL.

My follow-up question is...should I up my aromasin dosage to ED to "dial in" my E2 to 15-30 pg/mL?

I wouldn’t bother upping the ai unless you really feel like it would benefit you. If you start getting libido issues, bloating, gyno symptoms, then yea. Your stuff is definitely underdosed though.
 
Thanks for the quick reply. My nipples are a little puffy (I have another older thread with pics)...I just don't want to crush my E2 considering I went from 25 mg E3.5D to EOD and my E2 basically halved.
 
Id consider another source man, from what youve written it appears your gear is unreliably dosed.
 
My concern there is it will throw off the dialing in I've done. That is, assuming it's underdosed versus inconsistently dosed.

3 weeks left, next cycle I will look for another source.
