Testosterone blood levels question

Hey guys i need your help. One week ago i took a shot of 250mg testosterone enanthate. What i want to know is if the gear im using is legit so im planning to take a blood test and check my testosterone levels. My question is when should i do the test? After my 2nd injection? Im a lil bit confused because i hear people talking about testosterones kick in time and etc
But if you take a testosterone shot i suppose that it should elevate your testosterone levels from the first week, right?
