Unanswered Testosterone, balls shrank and lack of volume?

On test E. for a little over a month. Balls shrank a bunch. When I get a hard they're like tiny m&ms. They will return after PCT right?
Also, low sperm volume and difficult to climax (shoot a load)
No problem getting hard and libido is crazy high.
Does test do this?

Why why why why does everyone care about load volume? This is a serious question.

They should return during PCT, assuming you have a proper PCT that is.

Too much e2 or prolactin is probably the cause. There is a possibility that your testes will not come back the same, or post pct, they may be bigger. If you are worried, take HCG while on cycle, and that will restore testicle size while on cycle. As for high e2 and prolactin, get an AI. I'm enjoying Letrone right now, and you good try that out at 2 caps a day, and to lower prolactin you could try Prolactrone at 2 to 3 caps a day.
