Not going to lie after a weekend of being sick and barely consuming a thing to eat I was worried my intensity wasn't going to be there today. Well I was wrong about that so eff you food poisoning lol :fing26:

Workout went great and I hit all my numbers I wanted to for today. Intensity and endurance was on point also. I took a pull pump of Ep1c just to see how it treated me preworkout and It was not disappointing! I really feel like this stuff will shine when it's combined with an oral dosage and I certainly plan to run that when I have the option. Added in 15 minutes of stair climber at the end just because I was feeling that great. Will dose a 1/2 serving at 5 this evening just to keep it in my system and will hit cardio/core first thing in the morning tomorrow.
 
Way to get back in there, take ya time and replace those calories!
 
12/09/14-Cardio/Core

Low impact Elliptical- 30min

Stair climber- 15min
Decline sit up ss/ russian twist 4x10

Didn't do the workload of cardio I normally do being I played some pickup basketball games for about the last 30 minutes. The amount of sweat during the stair climber was intense today and I can say it's noticeably more then before Ep1c. Decided I'm going to do my first weigh in this Saturday after a cardio session to see what the first week and a half brought me. Diet has been good except for the illness this past weekend and discovering peanut butter & strawberry jelly pop tarts last Wednesday. And yes, it was totally necessary to put that in red!
 
Never met a pop tart I didn't like. Putting extra peanut butter on chocolate peanut butter pop tarts is unreal too.

Found mine at farm fresh, a standard grocery store in VA, not sure if they're located nationally or not..

Went with the same dose of a full pump of the TD Ep1c as I did Monday. And gentlemen I have found the sweet spot for me! Rubbed it on about an hour preworkout, ate my preworkout meal, took some og conqu3r on my drive to the gym and it was on. The weights are feeling lighter, the endurance is getting out of this world. I only have an 1 1/2 hours to spend in the gym before work but I get that feeling of wanting to stay for more like 3 hours. The sweating is certainly more intense then pre Ep1c. Also need to note the pumps I'm getting, my quads and shoulders were taxed today in the best way. I've noticed the past couple days a euphoria feeling after applying and it usually last all day with a slight fade. I didn't note that at first to see if it was placebo but being it's lasted the last 4 days or say I think it deserves notice.

After this week I'm changing my routine to lifting 6 days a week and hitting each body part 2 times a week. I feel like only lifting 3 is a waste of this so far amazing product. Will update my routine once I'm done writing it.

Thanks man! My legs are my weakest part thanks to my screws that are placed in there. Need to do a deload w/ baby weight to really hit my form correctly. I have no issue putting ego to the side and squatting 135 lol

Am I the only who prefers the basics for pop tarts over the sweeter ones? With sugar cookie as an exception, give me cherry, strawberry or brown sugar cinnamon over s'mores and double chocolate every day.

I never discriminate any flavor, I just explore all options lol. With exception of the oatmeal variation I got once, last time that happened..

Went with a similar approach as I did Tuesday. 1/2 pump of Ep1c TD and at 5pm I'll rub in the second half. Shot around the basketball the last 30 minutes of my workout so I got in some good cardio with that as well. Endurance and increased sweat is still on point at the moment. Just finished writing my routine I'll be using these next couple weeks and will post it in about an hour or so as I get the time at work. Hitting each body part 2x a week and lifting 6 days. I really feel like this will get me the most out of Ep1c and all it's great side effects so far..

I know it's only Thursday but I can't wait for Monday to get here to really put this TD Ep1c to it's full potential. I will be upping my carbs especially around workout times. My goal is to add in minimum 10 minutes of stair climber to the end of each workout.

Sounds painful waiting on the excitement of a new routine (the carb up as well) but make it a show man!
 
Not sure if I missed it but have you gained any weight from it yet and/or gained strength?

Doing my first weigh in tomorrow so i'll be able to update you on any weight changes then. Keep in mind I'm eating for recomp so gaining weight isn't my goal. I have certainly noticed strength and more impressively endurance strength over my coarse on TD Ep1c.
