Testes

I've recently noticed my right testicle rising up into my skin, to where I can easily slide it back down. I've read that it's probably because it's cold and I goes into my body to keep warm.

Does anyone have an answer to this?

If there's no pain involved and it drops back on its own it's probably normal. It's simply because the scrotum has retracted pulling the testicles closer to the body to regulate temperature. If any pain involved see a doctor immediately as is could be a number of issues such as a hernia.
