Please do share. I'm really looking for suggestions to change up my routine but can't go really heavy right now since my wrists are still in rehab.

hey Rage I can post the link to a website that has the s/sheets for this routine. It concentrates on the basics (squats, deadlift, power cleans, bench, overhead press) and is based on strength coach Bill Starr’s classic 5x5 and which is used/has been used on literally hundreds of athletes and beginners by a couple of other US strength coaches. However, I started with my poundages too high and 3 weeks in and I’ve had to throw in the towel. The Elitefiness board has a thread on it which is over 60 pages.

For right now I'm working off a pyramid 4 set (15, 12, 9, 6) program with about 20-25 sets total per main body part. It is going spectacular so far and is getting my strength back to where it needs to be.

Got the 80s back up for 6 reps on shoulder press.

Why did you have to through the towel in? I don't understand...
 
I'll get to posting the link, but if what u got is working then don't tamper with it. Dual Factor Training isn't too diff to what I'm doing, and the lifts are the same, however it's just way too much volume for me at too higher waits. Yes I could have started at lower poundages, but that would have me workign sub-maximally for too long, after having set PR's in all my lifts recently. That's the thing, I shouldn't have tampered with my program.

But Then again, BigSmith said the packages were shipped out Monday and it is already Friday so we should have it today or tomorrow.

Edit: Well, it is not going to be today since the mail just came.

You know....maybe this has something to do with the second wave of the ban. Maybe they are having second thoughts about releasing it. Maybe something else is going on.

It was supposed to come out for the public late this month or next month but from the looks of it now, who knows.

I was thinking the same thing because of the superdrol/m1p ban. AX was specifically called out.:blink:
 
Nope, its still on its way. I sent C-los over the tracking info for the testers. Should be delivered anytime. The AU shipment is being held in customs though.

More product info in the next two weeks. Release VERY soon.

As for the ban, letter. Yes PH's are done, very done. I also think ANY companies that are selling any PH type products need to stop right now. Multiple agencies are on the hunt right now across multiple boards/sites looking for PH style products (FDA) and false claims (FTC). This began a few days ago. It’s not pretty and we are not going to get away with a simple letter. It will not be that easy.

As you have seen from the letters they are not happy and believe these types of compounds are illegal from the get go. On the same day a few companies have released new compounds.

Basically the agency according to multiple attorneys today is seeing this as a slap in the face and is going to crack down HARD on every company including ours. If these other companies stopped right now and could just wait or never produce these products the next three months could be much more positive for themselves as well as AX or any other andro PH company. Its time for each company to get on the same page and move on or we will all be in a s**t storm very soon.

Its no joke, I hope they read this. They can also feel free to call me and I will put them on the phone with one of our attorneys on me. After hearing what’s going on they will want to pitch whatever they have plans for. These boards are watched bottom line.

It’s time to quit the PH market or get ready for some SERIOUS legal fees and ever more SERIOUS consequences.

Two products were mentioned to me today for new releases from our attorney. X-mass(EST?) and M-TST. I do not know what they are but the powers above are aware.

Im down for testing your new herbal if you're looking for another tester. Just finishing up a stack of USPLabs PowerFULL/Symmetry...it would be interesting to compare them with your new natural anabolic.
