Training: 5 years experience
Diet: normally includes
Tuna
Salmon
Grilled chicken or Turkey everyday.
PB sandwich each day (on wheat) for snack.
Oatmeal, 2 whole eggs, 2 egg whites, 1 fruit each morning.
Lean Beef burger
Brown rice just about everyday with lunch.
Occasionally wheat pasta and baked potatoes.
Chef salad everyday that I don’t eat tuna or salmon.
Always eat my vegi’s
MegaMilk (muscle milk) protein blend, shake (3 on training day, 2 on non-training.)
Supps: ISS multi vit, Aminos, Fish oil, b-complex, c, calcium with vit d, liver aid.
Present goal: currently in cutting, however my goal is always to gain more muscle, without increasing body fat. During my cutting cycles I always try to lose about 10 lbs without strength loss. and during bulk cycles I always to gain about 10 lbs. keep it simple.
Training: (current training)(bulk training is a little less cardio for more rest)
Monday: Chest
Tuesday: Back (20-30 min cardio, or 1 hour of Basketball)
Wendsday : Legs
Thursday: Cardio (same as above)
Friday: Shoulders
Sat: Arms
Sun: rest
Drugs: none
Nothing else that I know of should alter or effect results.
Past supp use: 1-ad, Finigenx magnum, Oristan-E, nitrix (other no2 products), no-xplode, superpump250. Ax PCT, 6-oxo, Viraloid (does nothing but libido btw).

Flat bench dumbbells: 105lb x 8(3-4)
Incline dumbbells: 90 x 8(3-4)
Squat : 455 x 6(3)
Legpress: 540 x 8(3)
