It won't prevent your test from crashing but it mitigates the side effects of low tesrYou don't need one, but you may find it helps with lethargy, a very common side effect of LGD-4033. Guys have gotten bloods at the end of an LGD cycle only to find their testosterone levels hundreds of points lower than pre-cycle. If this is something you want to avoid, then run some 4-andro or testosterone along with it.

Oh sorry, I misinterpreted the context of your statement. Was thinking in terms of PCT requirements originally, and that I believe natural test production will crash eventually from LGD no matter what we take with it. Not sure how well 4-Andro will maintain test levels artificially, I used Super DHEA for most of my cycle yet by the end of wk 12 my test was super low. I got bloods done at wk 6 too, and test was lower than normal but still within range at that stage. I didnt start using the DHEA until about wk7 or so I think, and I did notice a definite improvement in terms of lethargy.

Would Havoc (Epistane) also an option as test base ??
Do I need a test base for a 6week cycle of Ligandrol ?
Sarms marketing attracts the newbies thinking they are the safe alternative to aas.As I said many different opinions out there to this.
I think for people with no experience in sarms or prohormones a shorter cycle (4-6weeks) is better so they see how their Body reacts to the stuff.
When everything was good, the second cycle can go longer.
