As of monday, i just finish 4 weeks of the testanate and felt it worked in a positive way vs. any visible negitive side affects. I'll try to summerize. I measured everything on the bench press, every exercise went thru the roof, i had to hold myself back from going up in weight because of not wanting to hurt myself. I seen where i made my mistake, and know how to balance it out next run. Never did superdrol or pera, when i do, and it give near the same results i would be happy. I'm 40, I started out at 201, bf 16% finish at 212 at 18% my mistake was i could not force myself to eat any extra pass week two, so my daily intake avg. 3000 calories. I've been pushing myself for months on eating and could keep it up durning this last 2 weeks.
I pre-loaded on milk thistle for 2 weeks before, contiue thru cycle, an still on liver pills, my post cycle therapy looks like:
nolv, anabolic inovations life support, fish oil, taurine, reset AD, SNS inhibit-e,multi, protein, Ngore.
Overview of chest day week one and week four:
week one: Bench 135x10, week four:135x10

I have a 2 chest day that starts with the incline going back to bench, and doing 4 set of 6 with 330 was the normal. I only wanted to give you what i gaged my progress on, my squat, curls straight bar- DB, deadlift all went up, i could of gain another 5 pound or so, but i was happy all in all.
I started off with one cap pd, week one, then to two - 5am and 9pm, i workout at 6am, in week two, i did get headaches, i added to my program, no back cramps, no ance, no water retention, waist went down i would say a 3/4 in. over all tightness was great, i didnt do any creatine nor no, durning, i'm on it now, so again, it could of been and added 4-5 pound. good luck to anyone who try's it, scale of 1-10, i would give it a 9.
I start my lean down in 5 weeks, and hope come end of summer to give it another try.
