Test Tryn &deca cycle

Im 45 years old from 30 to 42 I was EXTREMLY ill. Major oversite by medical field. The problem was found and corrected surgically 3 years ago i was 300 pounds at 6'4". and miserable ive been working out about three to five hours a day on regular all through 2024&2025 and got nowhere i finally started a test from doctor at 200 mil a week with arimidex no affect so jumped to 400 started feeling alittle better after 2months I did a tritren 150×2 weekly and had a great weight lose and strength gain but just not the build I wanted although I felt Great. im about to start just started a 400test+150deca+150tren. what should I expect what's the best dosing schedule and protein intake for me at 220? im at a 16" bisept and a 32 inch waist i want to get to a 18" bisept and a solid tone 33" waist and get to 235lb or anywhere close. at 45 im way behind with my ten years of illnes and im just ready to get there.
 
You can take all the gear in the world but there's a limit to how fast you can build muscle. It's mostly diet related too. 3-5 hours a day is either over training or a lot of wasted calories so either way you gotta get the training part figured out first. Tren also isn't great if your already having trouble putting on size. Tren makes you very insulin sensitive and it's fantastic at getting you shredded. But you burn more calories on tren.


Use more test and deca and ditch the tren. Dial the training back to 2 hrs and you gotta eat more food.

If you got the extra $$ get some HGH, that will help big in the long run

Drop the tren it’s pointless for you. Personally I would say cardio every single day minimum of 30 mins and lifting should be short 45mins High Intensity blood and guts style. Also if never run nandrolone I would start with NPP first then do Deca if you respond well to NPP so you don’t get stuck with super long Ester and it kicks in faster. I’d run 300T 150NPP. 100% throw in GH. Start at 2iu nightly and titrate up every 3-4 weeks 1iu.
