test suspension crystallization?

my buddy is starting a cycle of test suspension, and it seems like there is a lot of crystallization on the bottom of the vial, is there a way to re-mix it?
 
u can bake it @ 250 degrees for about 15 minutes to see if it goes back into solution, u may have to repeat the process multiple times though
 
my suspension has clogged my 21g needle. i shake it up real good before i draw it out and it draws out good but when i inject it clogs up. would the baking help this? sounds like it would... anyone else with experience? or ideas? had to re pin 3 times to unclog and finish the shot.
