Test Prop/Superdrol Summer Recomp!

Pinned half a cc into each pec just to see how it works out. It went fine, though it's a bit scary lol.

I'll give a few workout updates after I lift.
 
Alright, so yesterday was legs
Here's what a normal leg day looks like for me

Back Squat 5,5,5,5
Weighted Lunges 12,12,12,12
Dumbbell Front Squat or Leg Press 12,10,8,6
And then various assistance exercises like hamstring curls and leg extensions if I feel like it

I went up to 275x5 pretty deep on squats, and that's pretty typical, so that's what we'll call my start

Today I did chest, which usually looks like this

BB Bench, either flat or incline 5,5,5,5
DB Shoulder Press 5,5,5,5
Machine Chest press 12,10,8,6
Delt Raises Side SS w/ Front 12,12,12,12
DB Bench, either or flat or incline, whichever I didn't do on BB 12,10,8,6
Then triceps, which usually consists of various pull downs and dips, as I have elbow problems with a lot of tricep exercises.

I just went up to 225x5 today, though I'm usually closer to 240ish for 5. Would love to get 225x8-9 by the end of this, and maybe do a 1 rep max.

Been doing a few minutes of jogging for warming up, then sprints after. Puked like a motherfker after sprints on squat day lol.

Pecs feel pretty nice after the pinning, so I might be adding these in the rotation.
 
Sd must be pretty well kicked in, how long have you been on? You will crush those bench numbers by the end if everything is on point

I've been on prop for 13 days, and SD for either 11 or 12. I look way tighter from the Superdrol just in the last day or two, and sense of well being is sky high.
 
I've still got some pre ban SD that im saving for a special occasion.

I just ran 3 weeks of Anabolic Xtreme SD that I was hanging onto for like 7-8 yrs along w test cyp. Potent as hell , felt it that day I'm pretty sure when I took pre workout. Really spiked my BP tho which was already slightly elevated. Goes to show you when stored properly that stuff far outlasts exp dates.

Yeah, I knew it was legit when I first took it because of that BP spike.
 
Alright, so I'm noticing some pretty obvious effects now. I'm tightened up, and I've gotta be down at least 1 bf% already, even without a super-strict diet.

Also, my chest has seriously noticeable improvements... I know a lot of people don't agree with spot injecting, but I swear that after pinning each pec right before my chest workout last week, now that the oil has dissipated and I'm recovered frome the workout, I can tell a different already.

Or it could be the Superdrol lol. Either way, I'm loving it. No sides or anything.
 
Well, Superdrol lethargy is officially kicking my ass now, lol. I'm gonna bump the prop up to about 120mgs eod and see if that helps. I could literally stay in bed and sleep all day.

Upping the test seems to have helped, as lethargy isn't nearly as bad now. Based on this cycle so far, I'd recommend people trying to run Superdrol with test to keep the test at least close to 500mgs/week to really kill the lethargy.

I'm getting bigger and leaner all the time now. My most noticeable improvement is definitely in my chest.

I'm currently just going left delt, right delt, then half a cc in each pec, then repeat. Still eod injections.
 
Everything's still going smooth. I'm at around 208 right now, and feeling pretty good.

I decided to try and pin my right quad with the slin pin today, and it seemed to go fine. We'll see how it feels tomorrow lol. But I was getting tired of my delts being sore all the time.
 
I'm thinking that I might be allergic to this prop, since I pinned my quad Thursday, and it's still swollen down to the knee. I thought the PIP I was getting was just from injecting into smaller muscles, but even a bigger muscle like a quad is taking a beating from it.

Probably going to stick to longer esters from now on.

I did get 335 on squat today even with my leg swollen up. I go pretty deep, at least parallel if not below, so I'm pretty happy with that.

Have you ever pinned your quads before? Previous cycle?
The first time I pinned my quad it was ****ed for over a week. Virgin muscles can be very painful man but they get used to it.

Nope, it was a virgin muscle. I honestly expected it to be pretty bad, I guess it's just the PIP that I'm still getting in my delts that makes me think that I might be allergic. But hopefully you're right, and they'll just get used to it.
 
Stick with it. Unless you're getting sick off the stuff or there's an apparent infection (temp rises, it swells, starts oozing) you'll be good. I was doing a prop/tren/mast shot every day for 8 weeks that was 1cc I think. Hell it hurt so bad. Things to help with pip - foam roll the injection site for a couple minutes after, I used a heat pad at night, get the oil up to around your body temp before loading and pinning, and be as careful as possible while pinning. If you move the needle around while it's inside you you're just going to rip tissue up and you'll feel it. Rotate injection sites if you haven't been already. Motrin or similar may help too
 
Got 275x1 today on flat bench, so I'm happy about that. I haven't been pushing the boundaries on weight much lately to avoid injuries, but I felt good and went for it.

Last day of this cycle is Saturday, then I'll be PCTing on vacation.

Just to make sure, are SERMs legal to fly with, or do I need to take some measures to hide them?

If it gets bad bro you can always cut your gear down with some sterile grape sees oil. Prop can be nasty for pip as the propionic ester can crystallize within your muscles essentially ripping you up on the inside.

So I started PCT on the 22nd, and everything is going good. Strength is pretty much the same, the weights just feel a bit heavier. Lost a bit of the Superdrol "fullness" as well.

All in all, I liked the cycle, especially the Superdrol, but I wasn't able to train quite the way I wanted to because I had bad PIP the entire time. I'll probably stick with longer estered test from now on, but it was a good lesson to learn.
 
I've actually decided to continue bulking until next summer, because though have abs is nice, I'm just not gonna be happy sitting in the 180's at this point.

I'm just gonna keep bulking until I feel like I can cut to 9-10% and still be at least pretty close to 200 lbs at 5'10.

PCT's still going strong though, my strength is pretty steady and feel fine.

That's how I felt the previous summer. Dieted hardcore for abs, got them in julyish, then said ****it and started to bulk the next week lol.ahh the struggle

Just need to cut the prop with GSO. Double the oil to make it 50mg/mL of Test P. 100mg/mL makes it hurt. 50 doesnt hurt hardly at all.
