Which is better for overall health and muscle building? Test or HGH boosters?

You will not see me tout many if any supplements. In fact I think the vast majority of them are a total rip off. I did a log for this product and all I can say is it does work. It did what they said it would. I was very surprised. Here is my log on it. It doesn't directly answer your question but it may provide you with information you find useful.

Seeing that I am 32 years old, I'm thinking that an HGH Booster might be better for me.

Probably...if body fat isn't too high test probably is still ok but hgh has dropped a lot from your 20's
