Test levels of 204 but I want to father another child

Does going on trt knock me out of the ability to have a child? My Doctor acted like it would. He's got me on 50mg of clomid per day for 6 weeks. We're gonna do a semen analasys after 6 weeks and see if I'm firing blanks. I'd like to go on trt but I dont want to knock myself out of the running. Anyone have any words of wisdom on this?
 
I was on TRT for three years and decided to have another kid. Stopped my TRT and My doctor put me on 50mg clomid and 1mg arimidex three times weekly. I had zero sperm and my total- T was 149 before starting clomid and arimadex. It took 2 months but my test levels got in the 300's and my sperm count 41 million per milliliter. I took about 3 months from the time that I stopped TRT to when my wife got pregnant.
 
I often wonder what the % chance there is to get a woman pregnant while on TRT, would be nice if it was 100% for those of us who do NOT want to have kids :D
 
I had zero sperm while on and just a few hundred after three weeks of clomid and arimadex it wasn't till the the 2 month range that my count jumped. My doctor said there is always a chance but it it about as likely as a girl getting pregnant while on the pill.

I figured it was about equivalent to the pill. I wouldn't take any chances with a 17 year old though.....that .01% could get you 20-life :D lol
 
So it seems like I can go on trt, then go on clomid and hcg protocol when it's time to make babies.

Yeah you should be OK, provided you don't go decades on TRT before re-starting. How long are you going to be on TRT before possibly re-starting?

It's a great feeling, the freedom. Even though there is a slim chance, it really eases anxiety about possible unwanted pregnancies.
 
I never used HCG, doctor said it won't help with sperm production just the mobility of the sperm. Once I started producing they were plenty Mobil so HCG wasn't needed.

A year or 2.
 
It takes 2 to tango. and it only takes one swimmer :)
 
According to the semenalysis, I've got 24million healthy swimmers per load, on average. I believe that'll do it.

This post makes no sense. I can tell from personal experience that using HCG has at least doubled my sperm volume/ejaculate in the few weeks since I've started using it.

Doubled your semen volume. You can't know about sperm count, or mobility without sending a load to the lab. You can blow loads of semen that have no sperm in them
