I take 100mg Test Cyp, sub Q on Sundays and Wednesday. My peak is around 1,700 and trough is 700. What type of training/diet could i do/use to maximize strength and size?
Eat in a small calorie surplus, ensure you get 1g of protein per lb bodyweight and train in the 6-8 rep range if you want a blend of strength and hyperthropy (that’s just my view on training, there’s countless others like 5x5 and Norton’s phat program etc that people can legitimately suggest in that regard. Basically lift heavy shite for more than a few reps)
I personally don’t believe ‘timing’ your training and trying to match it to your peak t levels will make any difference at all bro.

Gonadorelin is what pharmacies are using in place of HCG. Apparently, the only thin different about it is that it doesn't promote the weight loss like HCG can.

truthfully (I’ve said this on other threads in the past) I take hcg purely to keep my balls plump as I like the sound of them slapping on the girls ass
fertility etc no issues for me (had the snip) and never noticed any feel good reason to use it (libido always been high whatever I run, cruise dose of test and I feel awesome anyway etc).
