not sure what the deal is but every time i do an injection my leg hurts for almost a week. i've tried to move to different parts of my leg but still the same pain. a few times i had a large lump or mass where the injection was done.

ideas?

Have you tried other locations other then your legs... quads can be a sensitive area for lots of people.

your gear also might have too much BA.

or it

could be at a higher concentration (300mg/ml and up tend ot pack a punch)

or it

could be dirty.

or any combination of the above.

I'd try a glute and a delt shot.. see how you handle those.

i love thigh shots. at the top of the leg just off to the side a bit. always been painless for me. delts have been the worst (they tend to get real sore the day after i pin) but have gotten a lot better. and glutes arent too bad but can be sore as well. stay away from quads, calves, bis, tris...try to rotate between delts, thighs, glutes.

lol.. stay away from quads, but use thighs? That's the same thing in my world bro. Granted you hit higher than most, it's still the quad. :)

its a totally different part of the muscle. placement of the oil means a lot.

Ok, so we're in agreement that it's the quad, more specific, the VL. You're right, if you hit the VL too low, it's more problematic... but how high up are we talking here Uberpooper?

i would say about 8 inches down from the hip bone. siteinjections.com has a good example. look at the thigh series #2. okay, so maybe a little more than 8 inches but you get my drift.

I get your drift, and no disrespect intended, but that's the Vastus Lateralis, aka the part of the quadriceps that we all pin. My only point I was trying to make is that you made a difference between the thigh and the quad... case closed.
