Hey guys I was wondering what the recommendation for running some tests on myself (ie. blood and urine tests) to determine if I'm consuming to much or to little protein. My goal is to optimize my protein consumption, so I eat just the right amount for my body to handle to get peak protein synthesis. I was maybe thinking a blood chemistry panel and an basic urine analysis to test protein and nitrogen levels in the blood and then the urine to see if excess protein is being excreted. What do you guys think?
