Test ethenate cycle log

Hi All,

Thought I'd throw up a 1st time test cycle log, would be great to get advice along the way

Age: 34
Height: 183cm
Weight: 86.5kg
Bf: 18 -22 %
Experience: 16 years lifting
Previous cycles: epistane solo, hdrol solo and a range of sarm stacks.

Food: 2800 - 3000 cals

Got bloods done a week before commencing cycle. Everything looks good

Testosterone: 21.9 nmol/L
SHBG: 47 nmol/L
Free test: 381 pmol/L
E2: 105 pmol/L

Cycle: test E

Week 1-4 250mg test ethenate
Will get bloods done at end of week 4

Week 5 - 12 500mg test ethanate
Week 13 - 16 500mg test ethanate (undecided I'd I go for 16weeks)
Arimidex on hand if required

On Cycle support:
Fishoils
coq10
NAC
Prostate complex

PCT
Nolva
arimistane (maybe)
DAA


Week 1 -
Kicked off last week 1st pin on Wednesday 2nd pin Saturday. no issues at all and 0 PIP. As far as training goes working out 5 days a week generally split into:

Monday: upper push
Tuesday: lower (quads)
Wednesday: Shoulders & arms
Thursday: upper pull
Friday: lower (hamstrings)

Can't always hit in this order due to young kids but generally 5 days a week.


Will continue to log training and how im feeling on cycle . Would be great to get some input or information on any sides I may encounter on the journey
 
Week 2 - Wednesday

125mg test e / scoop or pre workout

Trained shoulders & bis

Singe Arm Cable lateral raise

4x 15reps . 5kg/5kg/7.5kg/7.5kg

Strict press 4 sets
4X 12/10/8/8 - 40kg, 50kg, 55kg, 60kg

Seated shoulder press (Smith machine behind neck)
4x 12 40/50/50/55kg. Drop set 4th

DB lat raise 4x 10 - 10kg
DB front raise 4x 10. - 10kg
Super set

Cable face pulls
3x15. - 15kg

Cable bicep curls
3x 10/10/8 - 17.5kg / 20kg / 22.5kg

Db hammers
3x8 - 15kgs

Feeling really good today and the pump on shoulders was great. Starting to notice some pimples pop up on delts and this afternoon a touch itchy nips (might have been from work shirt being hot and sweaty coming into summer) but I don't think it's anything to worry about.

Hitting back tomorrow will start to log food of people are interested
