What’s up guys, I’m new to this site and just thought I’d introduce myself! My name is Zack an I’m a 29 year old Marine Veteran. Been lifting on and off for about 7 years, I’ve been lifting pretty hard since around Halloween and I got a decent amount of strength back fairly quickly (probably muscle memory) anyway I can definitely tell I’m almost 30 because I definitely seem to need an extra day or two for recovery than I didn’t in my early 20’s. Didn’t you post the exact same thing 3 days ago? Still don’t know what’s your question is here. You want to start your first cycle as that it? Or you’re just trolling
