Been reading through the threads on here. Prior PH experience, not keen on oral/methylated.
Consensus on Test E seems to be 500 mg/wk with AI on cycle, proper SERM + AI off. (as ever)
I'm 5-10'', 180# - so 3600-3800 cals and 200+ g protein per day, BCAA's, multivitamin, flaxseed oil make sense.
Couple questions
1 - drop other sups / pre-workout until PCT? I often take ZMA before bed, arginine/caffeine pre workout, etc. Assume arginine would be bad for pumps?
2 - what sort of duration to retain 12-15 lbs after pct?
