I've been perscribed 100mgs a week of test e for hypogonadism and I was wandering if there would be any adverse effects if I add in some 200:1 tongkat Ali. Thanks in advance.

I am not thinking to heavily into this at the moment, but off the top of my head I would be worried that it would skew your future blood draws, driving the physician to changing your dosages.

If you have a firm baseline of bloodwork already established, then I can't think of anything else negative. People on trt utilize tongkat all the time.

I would just make sure you have a few draws of blood with your natural levels already mapped out prior to tinkering.
