Test E, Test P, DMZ log

Running Test E 250mg biweekly, Test P 50mg EOD, and 2 capsules of DMZ ED.

Also using .15mg Liquidex ED, with lots more on hand to adjust if needed.

Friday the 29th - 250mg Test E, 50mg Test P, 20mg DMZ
Saturday - 20mg DMZ
Sunday - 50mg Test P, 20mg DMZ
Monday - 250mg Test E, 20mg DMZ
Tuesday - 50mg Test P, 20mg DMZ
Wednesday - 20mg DMZ
Thursday - 50mg Test P, 20mg DMZ

Then start from the top.

Goal is strength and moderate/large size gains.

Obviously I'm three days in, 3 pins in, and several pills in. Everything is going swell so far, have alternated between left and right glutes, pip is present but tolerable.

Very excited for tomorrow's workout, chest and tris. Goodnight.
 
Had second injection of test e this morning, that went well. No pip in that spot for most of the day, slight soreness later in the evening however.

Sides starting to appear, haven't had a zit in years, found a couple on my back and face after work today. If they get any worse I'll look into preventative medication for that. Other than that though, nothing negative showing up yet.

I've heard people say they lose their appetite on test, not I. If anything I feel hungrier than ever, having consumed my normal daily intake of 3860 calories and still felt like I could eat plenty more. Perhaps today was an anomaly though. If I am hungry again tomorrow I will add two more chicken breasts wednesday and get over 4k.

Went to the gym for chest and tris, Weight is up two pounds, and strength was a little increased in the gym today. My bench was up 10 lbs for all four sets, and every other lift was up at least 5. This could be legitimate strength gains, or the idea in my head "you have extra testosterone in your system, you can do more", either way, I was able to lift more today than last week.

Granted, I am early in this cycle, and some of this may be a placebo effect, I feel great and feel solid gains coming.

Tomorrow morning I will pin 50mg test p, perhaps in my quad as both flutes are still sore. Goodnight.

Pinned 50mg test this morning in my right quad. That went well. Quads are usually a place I avoid when it comes to pinning, but today's first quad shot of this cycle was nice and easy. No blood spurt, minimal pip. Counting my blessings.

Again was hungrier today. Tomorrow is my rest day, so I won't be adding the extra calories, but Thursday I'll bump it up into the 4k region. Like previously stated, probably with another two chicken breasts( I love em :D ).

Had to work late and wasn't able to get to the gym until 8, which was unsettling but not a huge speed bump. Was very focused in the gym today, I can feel the DMZ working and am anticipating the Test kick in a few weeks. Worked biceps and back and got a great pump after hammer curls. went to exhaustion unwittingly on preacher curls and dropped the weights. Was a bit humorous, but glad not many noticed. One thing I've noticed is my muscular endurance seems to be steadily improving. I find myself taking much shorter pauses between sets and still being able to churn out quality reps. Good signs.

Also weighed this morning - Weight is up to 187.8 and body fat still hovering around 9-10% at 9.8.

No pins scheduled for tomorrow, no workout scheduled, no work scheduled. Time to take my nightly DMZ and let my muscles heal. Happy 4th, all.
 
NotHinge to report from the 4th, it was my rest day and conveniently enough no pins scheduled that day either. Glad I live in Denver, so I was able to watch some fireworks with the family unlike lots of areas in Colorado. Hope you all had a great holiday.

Anyway, had a bit of a scare this morning when I injected 50mg test p.. I stuck the needle in, aspirated a bit, saw the pressure bubbles accumulate, and then pushed in the solution. I'll note that this injection was a little more painful than usual upon entry. After the injection I pulled out the needle and a glob of blood shot out onto the counter and some ran down my arse. I was somewhat alarmed as I figured I went through a vein and into the muscle, which isn't entirely uncommon, but still frightening. After I cleaned it up and bandaged the site I went to dispose of my syringe, and to my horror there was blood in it. I immediately thought I accidentally shot into a vein and that I was due for a coughing fit. I was sweating it for a good 3 minutes or so until I realized that the blood could only have gotten in there after my injection, and that the capillary I punctured must have been fairly close to the surface for none or minimal ammouts of the test to find its way in. I do know that some trickled in as a couple minutes later I developed a cough and a poor taste in my mouth for about 15 minutes.

Before this shot i was considering switching the test p to ED, instead of EOD, but after this, I'll think a little more lol. While I didn't mess myself up, those few minutes were certainly traumatizing enough for me to be uneasy going into tomorrow's test e shot.. Oh well, I'll be fine.

My weight is going up almost a pound a day, now sitting at 190 even, and I'm seeing no bloat or gyno issues yet. I might be overdoing it with the adex at .15 ED, so that could be why, or it could be because I drink 5-7 gallons of water a day. Either way, I'm thankful that my gains seem to be lean muscle so far.

Went to the gym for a shoulder/traps workout and had crazy energy. Felt very aggressive. Not in the sense that I'd yell at someone for snagging the last bench right before me, but the kind of aggressiveness that I hardly wanted to wait between sets. Felt like I really got after it today. PRed for a set of 10 in DB military press with the 70s, after doing the first two sets with the 65s. Seems every day I'm in the gym I'm a little bit stinger than the last, and that's what we all want, right? So I'm very pleased.

Tomorrow is leg day and my test E shot. Also got a date with a smokin russian girl..bout to put this increased libido to good use, goodnight!
 
Haven't updated in way too long, I apologize to those that care. Anyway, today it hit me. The test p, I mean. Today was chest and tris and my bench was up 20 lbs since last week.. That's ridiculous. It must have hit my appearance as well, will the gym clerk asking what supplements I was using to blow up. He asked if it was protein shakes and I of course told him he was correct.

I have always taken my Adex with a mouthful of water, but today I decided to try it alone. Not a pleasant taste, to say the least.

Best part of all, I'm sitting at 198.2. That's 13 pounds so far. And doesn't look like any water weight either, I'd even say my abs look more definined than they have since I wrestled 103s in the 8th grade. Good stuff.
 
Another random update. Sorry these are so infrequent and spontaneous, but I've not had much time for anything but work, eating, sleeping, and training lately..

Two weeks into test e + p and almost three into super DMZ and I'm seeing crazy gains. I weighed 207 flat this morning, that's insane. 9 lbs in 3 days, 22 lbs in almost 3 weeks. The test can't have really kicked in yet, it never does this quick. Maybe prop, but I'm running a very low dose. If thats the case, DMZ is doing its job for sure..

Also got my BF% pulled at the gym, 10.7%, so I'm gaining some fat as well, but at least it isn't much, yet. No matter though, as I am LOVING this cycle. People are asking what supps I take and how I'm getting so big. I just tell them I changed up my diet :P ...

Strength is up crazy amounts as well. For example, BB bench I usually do 10 8 8 6, and at the beginning of the cycle the weights for that were 205 215 215 225. Now it's 225 245 245 275, very pleased.

This is almost too good to be true, but I guess it's all I'm practially living for outside of work, so I'm glad to see such great results.

P.S. I hear IML is releasing a Super DMZ 2.0 with methylstenbolone.. I absolutely love that compound. Plus the fact that it's dosed at 10mg is fantastic, I'm used to seeing 4-8mg dosings, and great things have come from that. Once I finish the 4 weeks of 1.0 I might have to throw in 2.0 a few weeks later, seeing how well the sten-less DMZ has worked for me!
