Test e question?

I ordered some test e recently. I ordered it as 250 mg/ml in a 10ml vial. Then my order shows up and it's all these little amp bottles. I'm just wondering if anyone knows how to break the top off so I can get the test out. I'm worried if I try to just break the top that I will shatter the whole amp. Thanks for any help

score the neck of the amp with a knife, grip the entire amp and with ur thumb just pop the "head" off. or just buy and amp opener
