Test-E powder melted

This may be a dumb question but I'll ask anyways. Have some powder that melted on me while in short term storage then went straight to freezer.
So the question is now that it's no longer in powder form when getting ready to make a batch would the measurements be the same? In my mind it you w old less than the powder form. Anyone's thought please.
