Test E only first cycle

Hey guys i lnow a bunch of people have asked before but im sorry im a noob so bare with me please id appreciate it...I just turned 22 last year and I've taken pro-hormone in the past I've been working out for 5-7 years on and off and I'm at 180 and I will not pass that no matter what I eat or take so I've decided on taking test E my bf is 14%-16% I bench 275 3-4 reps and I'm 5,11 I've got the diet on check so what I was planning was doing
Test E alone 250 mg a week for the first 3-4 weeks then if I see any good changes go up to 500mg a week for the last 8 weeks I'm doing half deltoid and half butt then around the 5-6 week start my HCG and after my last injection a week after start my Nolvadex 40/20/20/20... Anything else I'm missing? Thanks id appreciate feedback
 
hcg +++ for you, yeah 500mg but i like 14 week cycles. little bit of adex never hurt anybody either, maybe week 5-14 .25 EOD, just a really small dose to keep your conversion down.

you could use a natural test booster during pct, most popular right now is DAA. i just started daa yesterday so i cant say how good it works yet.

pinning, if your doing it yourself thighs is the best place. theyre right in front of you, i would alternate between L ass/R thigh/R ass/L thigh, no delts cause you will get too sore. make sure you know how to aspirate, change pins after you draw(do not pin with same, that you draw with), try not to do it in your bathroom cause its dirty as **** in there, use gloves, i warm up the vial under steaming hot water, it helps draw faster and goes in muscle much easier, wipe the top of the vial with alcohol before you draw, hope i didnt forget anything lol

Don't start nolva a week after. Wait about 14-17 days. 7 days out your testosterone levels will still be twice normal, and your hypothalamus will not be sending any signals to restart testosterone release no matter what SERM you take.

Most people, if they're not keeping the dosage the same, will frontload with more test early on so the wait isn't as long for it to kick in. Levels keep rising until the 3rd or 4th week with even dosing anyway, and starting at 250mg for 4 weeks will mean you're not even fully on it until almost 2 months in. That's a lot of time wasted.

Test only cycles are the best ones for a beginner-level user. Not a lot to worry about. Log your diet on fitday, it really helps people get realistic about what their caloric intake/breakdown is. I ate 45/30/25 for a long time before I got on there and optimized everything with adjusted meals.
