test e/d bol pct

guys-

i am running test e 500mg/week for 10 weeks, d bol 30mg ED/4 weeks

-would running 10mg nolvadex ED be ok? or would 25mg proviron ED be better?

-should i run the proviron during the 2 weeks between cycle and pct (my pct is- nolva 20/20/20/20, clomid- 50/50/50, prov 25/25/25/25
